Had my 7 year old daughters ears pierced here back in june. She was catered to and the hospitality she was given made her feel very comfortable. Overall she loved the whole experience. Ears look great and my daughter is happy.

I was nervous about my piercings getting done and I am prone to dizziness with needles. Craig made sure I was taken care of and I felt comfortable the entire time! And they turned out great! Would definitely recommend :)

I Got my first tattoo there today. Its a simple tattoo but boy! its a big step for someone like me. Its a wedding band tattoo and he did it just the way my husband and I wanted it. The artist was friendly. The place was clean and yeah... I'll probably get my next tattoo here again. They are professionals. Never doubted when i walked in that i will be one satisfied client. How they handle their equipments to how they talk to their clients.. loved the whole experience. Recommend it to every to check them out.

I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism. I had gone in for a tattoo and had scheduled the actual tattoo for a month later.
As the time came for me to get the tattoo I was contacted to reschedule to a later time that day, then when that time neared I was contacted again to reschedule. I did not hear back as to when or even that the artist would contact me later to reschedule when they could review their schedule.
I decided to go to the shop after several hours of waiting to find out what was going on. I was treated with a nasty attitude from a man who seemed to have felt like I was out of line by asking what is going on. He stated I need to just wait and that it can take up to a month for an artist to contact me to schedule a tattoo, not bothering to hear that I WAS scheduled for a tattoo and wanted to know when I can RESCHEDULE. After I left I was finally contacted by the artist I had worked with to reschedule for the following week.
When that time came I was contacted again if I could reschedule to a later time that day. I agreed once more, third time to reschedule. When that third time came I was AGAIN contacted to reschedule to another day.
At this point with the attempt to reschedule the 4th time I am done. I will take my business elsewhere to a shop that is professional and is considerate of their customers time.
For those thinking of using this shop, there is a reason that they expect a deposit and that it is non refundable. It is free money when they chose to play schedule games with you and you decide the frustration is not worth it.
It does not matter how talented you are as an artist if you have absolutely no respect for your customers it will cancel out any and all talent you have.

If I could give this shop more stars i would. Dewey's work is amazing, I would not go anywhere else. Everyone that works there is awesome and friendly too. Very clean!! My daughter got her nose pierced and it was cleaner than most doctor offices.

Dewey always does such an amazing job bringing to life the ideas I have for my tattoos. Super professional and friendly.

Fantastic establishment! The whole place is extremely clean, and has wonderful, professional, and friendly staff.

I've had piercings from their dedicated, expert piercer, and tattoo work by one of the artists. Very knowledgeable, exceptionally talented, and everyone has a great sense of humor! If I remember correctly, they are the only place that uses titanium for piercings instead of stainless. (Note: Titanium has been demonstrated to be superior to stainless steel for piercings.)

Jewelry selection is of reasonable size and high quality. The ink used is from reputable, respected, and high grade brands.

Prices are quite fair for services rendered. I always feel like a got exactly, or even a little more, than what I paid for. It's important to remember: if you want a skilled artist/piercer, a clean and hygienic environment, and top notch jewelry/ink, it will cost a bit more but will be well worth it.

Best place around to get a piercing, hands down! I highly recommend, I go here exclusively for all my piercings, the prices will be higher than some other shops, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of skill, knowledge, time that is given describing and discussing the placement/piercing process/healing time and care, etc. The jewelry is better, safer and of higher quality. After getting a terrible infection and finding out that the placement was all wrong in a previous piercing when I opted for a cheaper shop I learned my lesson! Thankfully they helped me with that piercing fiasco even though they didn't cause it and have been consistently amazing ever since! This shop is the best for piercings around, they kick ass!! :)

This is the worst tattoo shop I have ever been too. Soon as I got there immediately bad vibes. Everyone that worked there looked miserable like they hated their job. They girl that greeted me was somewhat friendly. When I asked if they had any female tattoo artists, she stated "yes but shes new and I wouldn't trust her work". Then I spoke to the guy that did my tattoo initially because I was there to get more added in. He ignored all my recommendations, stated there was nothing else he could do to it, even though I had pictures of what I wanted done. He was a major buzz kill, like he could care less about what I had to say. Told him the tattoo was in memorial of the loss of my mother, father, and sister....and he proceeded to laugh and said there was nothing else to do because it would look too cluttered. Misery loves company so if you want to have a horrible experience getting a tattoo, I recommend this place. Was ready to drop $500 on this back piece and he just said no thanks. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, new place with great vibes, and where the artists actually care about what you want and are willing to work with you to make it perfect. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again, and I think the owners should really consider teaching their employees how to speak to costumers with respect. Lost a customer for life, along with all the people I know.

Update: This review is my honest feedback regarding my past experience of getting a tattoo by the owner. During the lengthy time it took to obtain an unfinished piece, I had to meet with him many times at four different tattoo shops, ending with Eclectic Tattoo. The piece itself has some errors and missing touches, which I will pay another artist to complete, but it is mostly good enough to fix without extensive coverup. I am not looking for an online argument, I am simply providing my honest feedback regarding my past experience of trying to obtain a creative back piece that this individual offered to do at a low price. A friend I referred in the past also had a poor experience with this artist, and is unwilling to return as well. This rating reflects the fact that I am not comfortable ever returning to this artist, nor willing to recommend anyone else.

I went here a good while back, so this review is older. Dewey worked on a large back piece for me, which he started doing at a really awesome price. I was told it'd be a great portfolio piece for him as it was an original design. At first everything was going well, and we flew threw sessions. Most of everything in the piece looked great. There were a few things that needed touched up at some point (unfinished or improper shading/texturing), and some small mistakes that could hopefully be covered up (some unplanned freestyle attempts that didn't look like the examples).

Over time he started taking more and more smoke breaks, talking to visitors or staff, and starting sessions late. I'd go in for an "hours" worth of work and leave with not even one small flower colored in (roughly 20-40 minutes of work done). While it started out extremely reasonable, the need to go in frequently with minimal progress, and leaving tips each time started to add up. Eventually I gave up and stopped going, regardless of the fact that the back piece was not completed.

Overall the "new" shop at the time of my visits was very nice, clean, decently private, and had some/friendly talented staff. Not sure if any of that has changed, but I wanted to leave honest feedback even though things might have changed.

Hopefully this issue does not occur to anyone else, as it was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
