This studio is not only the cleanest and friendliest, as a business owner myself, I appreciate Eclectics ability to continue to staff dedicated talent. I have gotten 4 of my 5 tattoos here and have referred many people up until my last inner arm tattoo about 2 years ago. I thought my tattoo was just bruised, but after 2 months I knew there was something terribly wrong with it. After googling, I figured out it was an ink bleed. I immediately went into Eclectic and showed them my arm. The owner told me that Jason used the wrong ink (concentrated, which should only be mixed with other inks and not used directly on the skin) on me and that it bled into my tissues. The only real way to fix was to make a background of some sort to my tattoo. Unfortunately, I did not want a larger tattoo on my arm and began to pursue other options. They offered to cover it up but not to give me a refund. After two years and 4 very painful/expensive laser sessions, my arm is at the best it can be-still a tad blue halo around tattoo, but not as noticeable. I have contacted Eclectic about 5 times now to at least get my money back and no one calls me back. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life and Eclectic is unprofessional so beware before you trust someone there to mark you permanently!!!!!!! See pictures (ignore spot from laser test)....I emailed the shop as instructed in the response below and guess what? I have yet to hear back 08/20/18.

I had taken my daughter there after her nose piercing closed the day after she had gotten it at a different place. They said that due to her being a little bit younger than he was comfortable with, that he would repierce the original piercing. Very informative and very professional!!
