From the consultation and meeting with Joel, to the design of my half-sleeve and application, I couldn't have imagined such an awesome experience! Not only do I have an incredible work of art that I love, I have had the privilege over a 16 hour period of time to get to know an extremely talented artist, and all around good person. I most appreciate knowing that what I wear comes from good roots. Joel is a third generation business owner in his town, a family man, and runs a well-oiled business with a peaceful vibe. And dare I say overly clean are their practices. In fact, in between my sittings of 3 weeks, had completely remodeled the shop! Pristine!
I highly recommend Joel, his other very accomplished artists, and his wonderful shop. I have booked my next session already, January 2021!

The best shop and artist in NE Ohio. Shop is very clean and makes the customer as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I have had 5 tattoos so far by Owner / Artist Joel Ozinga his work is always outstanding for his talent you’ll find no better artist for the quality of work and availability of him. Any other artists of the same quality will cost you more and will take much longer to get you an appointment. Anyone on the fence about where to go should come here before his books are full!

I absolutely love the vibes the shops super clean and set up so nice ! Always very friendly and fun to work with Cat (Cathrine) has become now my go to artist !! She’s so sweet, kind, honest and an amazing artist ! She drew up my tattoo and just went above and beyond I’m every way !!! My cousins and I wanted to get matching tattoos. There were 13 of us, and we all wanted slightly different variations on a design - it was a tall order. Cat, Ashley, and Joel were so accommodating and wonderful to us. They took the time to make sure we each individually felt comfortable and got exactly what we wanted, but they also set aside the entire shop for us for an evening so that we could all be there together. The tattoos themselves also turned out amazing. I really can't say enough good things about the experience. I live 3 hours away, but next time I get a tattoo, I may have to seriously consider making a special trip. Thanks so much to the team at Inkwell for making this experience so special for me and my family.

Joel gave my boyfriend his first tattoo & did an amazing job! The shop is very clean & the other two ladies working were very friendly. They do a good job making sure they give you quality work & make you feel comfortable. After Joel was done, he sanitized everything including the chair. They’re very careful and again, did a great job! 10/10 reccomend

Joel tattooed my hand a few weeks ago and I’m in love with it. I’ve been coming here for years and I leave satisfied each and every time. Cat actually did my very first tattoo in 2018 and did an amazing job on it. I’m sad that I’ll be moving out of Ohio soon and will have to find a new place to go. I recommend Inkwell to everyone.

Great artists. Awesome atmosphere. They were really kind help get you want you really want in a tattoo. Will be going back soon. Sadly at the time of posting they don't do piercing anymore. Very cozy and professional but fun.
