Atomic Lotus Tattoo

I got my first ever tattoo from Charly with my cousin. It was overpriced and the design was just pictures from the internet, we didn’t get to talk to the artist about the design at all it also wasn’t what we asked for. He rushed through both of our tattoos.The tattoo scarred my skin as well as my cousins!! It has gaps, dude doesn’t even know how to do line work. His Instagram is deceiving, if you get him literally just leave the appointment you’ll save your money and your skin. Now we both have to get it completely fixed.

Let me start off by saying I’m not new to getting tattoos. Originally I had walked in to get a small walk-in tattoo. Then I met Ben. We had a talk about a sleeve I had been wanting to get for a couple years now. I pulled the trigger and don’t regret it. Ben is very knowledgeable about his profession. His color work is amazing. He is also a very considerate and helpful person. With his help we were able to design a sleeve that was uniquely ours. I look forward to completing it everyday and would recommend him to anyone looking to get a sick tattoo!

I will preface this review as inherently mixed. My first tattoo was received a couple years ago, that experience was excellent and David Yubeta is a wonderful artist to work with.

My second experience is what changes this review and is why I will no longer return here to get my tattoos. Not only was I overcharged for a very simple design, I then received rushed, sloppy work from your guest artist Charly. I’m going to get it touched up at another parlor now that it’s been some time. I wish it was a happier farewell, but with something I’m putting on my body forever, there are not second chances.

Would totally go back for another tattoo. Great artist. Great customer service.

I got this piece done by David Yubeta. Such a stand-up guy, and a great artist. The shop is extremely clean and organized. The price was right on the money, too. I could NOT BE HAPPIER!

Fantastic Experience!

I was nervous about getting my 1st tattoo done, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility is also very clean, and the atmosphere is very calming. They walked me through everything, and I appreciate that being new to the tattoo world.

I lost my significant other to breast cancer recently, and Ben placed her initials perfectly on my shoulder. I could not ask for a better experience. I high recommend Atomic Lotus Tattoos.

From the time I walked up to the place I should have known to just leave. I walked up to the door and popped my head in to see if they had extra masks available due to their mask requirement. All that the people inside said was, yes with no other indication on where or how to get a mask. Before I could ask them anymore questions a guy who I assume to be some type of security guard, came up behind me and started to belittle me for even opening the door just to ask a question. He then proceeded to inform me that the piercing line was the other way, which I was not there for a piercing I was there for a tattoo. After that I stood outside waiting for one of the receptionists to read the email I had to send them of the tattoo I wanted, just for them to let me know I now needed to go and pay the security guard $2 for a mask before I could come in. They also had me pay ahead of time instead of after the tattoo, which I found very unsettling at the time. As for the price, they definitely over price their tattoos. I have a total of 4 other tattoos and know that what they charged me was definitely way over what should have been charged. As I was determined to get the tattoo tonight I went ahead and paid the $120 that they were wanting. When I finally got to actually get my tattoo the artist was very stand offish. He was very unfriendly until it came to the tip. In the end I do like my tattoo and the guy who helped me at the reception desk was nice. Unfortunately this shop could use a major lesson on customer service or just plan people skills.

Fantastic shop! Super careful with covid precautions. I felt very safe. Explained everything. My partner and I had Ben and he was Fantastic. Will definitely be going back!

I just left from just wanting general question answers and the “security” (💀) was extremely rude and had a smart a— attitude, then, I walk in and the guy in the lobby is absolutely useless and is rude as well when I asked for help with artist he said to just go outside and scan the code. As a potential customer who is giving my money to these artist, customer service was horrid, considering I will have an art piece on my body FOREVER a tattoo environment and staff has to be 10/10 if not at least welcoming and helpful. He could have easily asked if there was a specific style and refer me to some he had in shop or literally anything. Super unwelcoming and rude. Grateful my past tattoo artist have been nice
