Atomic Lotus Tattoo

First let me start by saying the Tattoo artist Che was amazing. He really took the time to understand what I wanted. He was professional and compassionate to the reason I was getting the tattoo. I am so glad I was able to be tattooed by him while he is in Oklahoma City. Now with that said I have to talk about the front desk staff. Totally JERKS!!!! The lady who was helping me was condescending and short with me. I was already in an emotional state because of the reason I was getting the tattoo(my mother passed away and it was dedicated to her). I just don’t understand why she was so rude. I mean it does not cost anything to be nice or at the very least professional. I love getting tattoos and have a number of them, the waiting, the pain, the aftercare, the cost are all things that I don’t mind but the rudeness of some of the people in tattoo shops is something I am plainly........getting tired of. Perhaps this young lady was just having a bad day or just in a mood but I work in a field were people are constantly upset and hostile with me and I manage to keep a professional attitude. You would think a person working in this field would find a little joy in their job and not be so rude. I’m sure you get plenty of jerks and hard to deal with people but that is no excuse to treat one of your very first customers of the day with such rudeness. I feel like a rambling but I just feel so strongly about how rude the young lady was at the front desk. I sincerely hope she reads this and just perks up a little and is more genuine and polite to people.

covid regulations kept things incredibly clean and professional. Got a large but simple piece on my upper arm done by Hek. He was incredibly kind and professional. He made sure I was comfortable and did smooth clean lines, and was very gentle. The staff there were very sweet people and were realistic about sizes and requirements. Overall great experience!

I absolutely love my tattoo. I was honestly shocked at how quick yet so detailed and realistic it turned out. Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here to get my first tattoo. Just wanted to go to a place that made me feel comfortable which they did. They actually talked to me, and helped me plan out the appointment. The place is clean and has great energy running through it all. The tattoo still looks amazing and is well pigmented. It took no more then 3 hours, and even got a cute aftercare card that I still reference. I believe the guys name was David, 50/50 chance he's still there. But, it was worth it. Thanks my dudes.

Years ago I got a tattoo done there and it turned out really good. I also got a tattoo touched up there too, it also came out really good. Over time, as different artists have ended up there, the professionalism went down real quick. I did not mind driving the hour and half drive down there however, because of covid I figured if I sent a picture of the touch up I needed done they would be willing to help me. Oh no. They require me to make that drive just for them to look at it just so I can make an appointment on another day to make that drive again. The guy I spoke to had an accent and just wanted to be difficult the whole time. I asked questions and all his answers were negative and started to make me mad. I spoke to other tattoo artists in my area and know that guy well. Let's just say his reputation is bad up here so until he leaves, I will no longer go to atomic lotus for anything.

This place is super good! I got a sailor moon crescent 🌙 and it came out really well! Ben is super nice and I recommend him as your tattoo Artist! 😁💕

I would give this a one star review if not for all the other staff who were very professional and patient. The tattoo artist, Eric, who had tattoo me was very capable and good at this job, but incredibly rude, move my appointment ahead 30 minutes then what I was quoted, and yelled at two of the counter personnel in my 40 minutes in the office. He also made snap judgements about any request or action I did, to include not warning me when he was about to start tattooing a section of my body I couldn’t see. He also seemed annoyed at how I wanted to ensure how he initially positioned the tattoo as well. All of the other shop personnel were amazing, and my girlfriend had a great time being tattooed by one of their guest artists. If it weren’t for them. I would have rated this a one star.... also, I have never been charged 220 for less than an hours work in any of my 6 tattoos

I walked up to the door and there were people outside and I was like I hope this is not the line. Then they asked me was I there for a piercing or a tattoo I said piercing and she said come on in after she put a ton of sanitizer on my hand. Isabel then asked me what kind of tattoo did I want? I told what I had in mind so she put that in her hand dandy computer and it didn't turn out right, then she tried something else. So then we discussed a few things to see if they would work before she put them in the computer.

Isabel was very patient she spent at least 30 minutes with helping me design my tattoo. Plenty of people have the same tattoo but I wanted mine to be different. It took us longer to get the design than it did to get the tattoo. I tried to give Isabel a tip for all of her hard work and patience and she would not take it. Charly was very professional when he did my tattoo he asked me where I wanted it place then he put the stencil in place. I did not even get to finish what I was reading and he had mt tattoo done. Now that I keep looking at it I think I should have got the colored in. Thank you guys for being so great I look forward to seeing you in the future.

I'm sure that they do good work. I cannot say from experience, though. I came in with a concept (a tarot card tattoo) and they told me that it would need to be about twice as big as I wanted it to be and that it would be about $400.
I didn't write this review until I made sure that that was the scam I thought it was. I got the tattoo done somewhere else with beautiful color and detail with the size I wanted it to be.

Summary: overpriced shop that had it's own ideas of what you want and wont listen to you or explain their opinions.
