We went in to get our 9 month old first piercing since we’ve heard good reviews of this place. We went during a special they were having. No one had told us when we called the things we needed to get it done so we paid for a spot in line so we could run home and get what we needed. We were gone an hour+ and he hadn’t even finished 5 people so we asked for a refund. We then waited for him to finish what he was doing and he came out saying “if you want a refund because you have to wait you’re not getting it” at 8:30 we were not waiting for 2 or more hours with a 9 month old to get her ears done. The man was rude and inconsiderate saying that he wouldn’t refund us even though we hadn’t gotten what we paid for. There is no sign of anything on any paper that said no refund. I would give this 0! Stars if I could the worst attitude and business I’ve ever been in. Woulf HIGH ADVISE against doing business here!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this place! Staff is very kind and on your level dont act like their better than anyone. It's been while but thank God Jimmy Vega is out of there! A tru pos. If anyone sees him tell him his bicycle is still at my pawn shop!!
