My husband and I had an EXCELLENT experience at Hard Luck Tatoos. The staff was very welcoming, the environment was very clean. We worked with Jackie Jones and she did an incredible job. I was so nervous, but she made me feel comfortable. I gave her a picture of what I was interested in and she turned it into something so original and I LOVE it!
