WORST customer service I have EVER encountered ANY WHERE. The "owner" is an absolute joke. Never in my life would I ever recommend a tattoo or piercing from this place! I recieved a tattoo at their shop from a kid just starting out, he complained about how a cover up would not be his original work then proceeded to take 15 minute smoke breaks every 30 mins of tattooing, not only was I charged for these breaks but also was told I would have to come back for another session when there was only MAYBE 20 mins of work left to do. I didnt argue I didnt complain I was grateful and set the next appointment, I paid for 4-5 hours of work he had done AND tipped him very well. He kept my original $60 I put down to go toward the next appt. At the next appointment he took 20 minutes to set up, 10 minutes to tattoo me 30 minutes to EAT HIS LUNCH then probably another 5-10 to tattoo me and charged me for TWO hours of work. We had an appt set for a month he knew I would be there but I didnt complain, I paid for 2 hours and tipped again very well. The whole second experience, sitting there while he ate his lunch, really sat funny with me and When I called the "owner/piercer" and told him I have felt uncomfortable about the situation. I recently almost died this is the soonest I could get ahold of anyone. I would not necessarily want my money back or even the deposit but an appointment with a different artist without paying another deposit that I never originally got back or worked into my tattoo cost the first two times he laughed then told me he guesses he's sorry I almost died but it was not his problem and to come in and talk to them individually after I had already explained to him the multitude of obstacles I have gone through just to contact the original artist there and he will NOT get back to me. I have called, left messages, I have driven across town multiple times when he was "unavailable" to try to speak or even schedule something else, I even reached out to this guy on Instagram with no response. Today I spoke with the low life that calls himself a business owner. Who laughed in my face when I told him I was a survivor. I was so hesitant to really bad mouth this place and the ridiculous experience I had until getting to explain things to the owner who literally laughed at me and told me theres absolutely nothing he can or would do for me then HUNG UP ON ME. If you want your money stolen from you or taken advantage of because you don't know much about tattoos OR if u just want an atmosphere where they bully and make fun of you for what you have been through then this is the place for you. If you have a brain you'll take this warning and spread this horrid customer service I experienced.

Recently got a dermal here and I can't remember my piercers name but he was super friendly and walked me through the whole process. I had a dermal before that was in the same spot but it was pierced incorrectly and I had issues with healing and migrating. Since I got it done here I havent had any issues and it healed beautifully even with piercing through scar tissue. Thank you so much!!! I'll be back!

Awesome people and clean facilities! Caleb pierced my daughter's belly button and he went out of his way to make sure she completely understood what was involved with her piercing and the after care. He also made sure she was comfortable and relaxed. HIGHLY recommend Caleb for your piercing needs!!!! Thank you Caleb!!!

Just wanted to take some time and express my gratitude to Chris. I had a surgery scheduled and was needing to take out a tragus bead ring (that I hadn’t removed in over 15 years) and put in an acrylic labret. He was super helpful, clean and friendly. He explained when the acrylic piece would need to be removed and offered to help change it out when I was able to come back. Went back today to get it changed out and really appreciated his help again. I recommend Black Gold Tattoos and Piercings for their cleanliness, education, helpfulness and friendliness. Thank you!

Some of the best art work I've seen that doesn't cost you your arm or leg. I got my snakebites from here and the gentleman was super informative and professional. I'll be going back there for tattoos and more piercings. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Got my nose done by Caleb and I love it! He made sure I stayed calm and knew what all I had to do to keep my peircing clean! I highly recommend Caleb if you need a peircing! Great place and Great people!

Tattoo artist Jay is absolutely amazing! I love everything about his technique, his specialty is black and grey art and I literally can not suggest him enough. I will go for all of my tattoo work 😁

By far the best and cleanest shop in Tulsa! Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. I have always had the best work, jewelry, and service at this shop. Would highly recommend to anyone!
