We do take walk-ink 7 days a week. 1st come 1st serve. Especially on weekends. I'm just going be honest about my experience getting my tattoo by them for the first time. The staff was friendly but there was some complications. I got there when it opened. They told me that I was the first one on the waitlist and that the tattoo artists are not there yet so they'll give me a call when it's my turn. I waited 1.5 hours didn't hear nothing, called them regarding whether their tattoo artists were there or not. They informed me that they would be there at 12pm. Like I got there at 10am, waited two hours. I wished they would have informed me beforehand so I could've got somethings done. Waited til 12pm they still didn't call me so I called them back again to see if the tattoo artists were ready for me yet. They told me that the artist is doing someone else's tattoo. It threw me off because I thought that i was the first one on the waitlist. They even told me that i was the first one. Anyways, I was upset but was still willing to wait. They finally texted me saying they were ready for me but I had to wait for another hour for Jason (tattoo artist). But there was another tattoo artist there too and I guess he was doing another clients tattoo so that meant that I was the third person on the waitlist and at that point I was disappointed. I thought it was first come first serve but it wasn't. I felt like I was treated differently especially when they were putting other customers before me. I didn't get my tattoo until 2pm. So basically I got there when it opened at 10am and waited 4 hours (until 2pm) just to get my tattoo.
Despite this, Jason did a good job on my tattoo and I was really satisfied but there was just a couple things... Jason was really sweet in keeping me informed when he'll be done with the client before me. But after doing my tattoo he didn't tell me how to care for my tattoo. He just took me to the front to pay and that was it. I felt like my service got rushed. My arm also bruised up a bit when he was doing my tattoo.
Overall, I feel like they didn't communicate well with me when the artists arrival time would be. There were multiple times where i would go to them to get my tattoo done but never did because the staffs weren't certain when their artists would be in.
I really love the tattoo artists' designs a lot and was really looking forward to get my tattoo done by them. Now I don't know if I would go there again.
