Everyone here was so nice to me. I was recommended to come here by another local tattoo artist to get an older tattoo of mine fixed. It's amazing how just an outline gave it so much definition! Ryan fixed my tattoo. He did an amazing job and was delightful company. I wish I could give more stars than 5!

The people at the shop are nice, but if one of the artist doesn’t usually do color they need to tell you that before they start tattooing you. The artist ended up going to deep into my skin cause she wasn’t familiar with color. We also had an appointment for a scheduled time and they didn’t start tattooing us till an hour and half after our scheduled time.

Allowed me to do a walk-in and then helped rework my initial idea to help meet the mental image I had. A bird flew in to the studio and murdered itself and my artist didn't even flinch. A+

The shop itself has such an amazing and welcoming vibe. The front desk gal (didn’t catch her name but had green/black hair) was so friendly upon check in. We had an appt scheduled for 2:00. We waited for a while. She said our artist Brian must have stepped out for a smoke or to get food. She tried calling him and texting him. Nothing. We waited until 3:00 and Brian showed up and said he needed to eat and asked us to come back in an hour because he had to finish the tattoo he was working on (even though he’d been out of the building for 45 min). We said we had already been waiting an hour. He didn’t apologize or anything and seemed annoyed we were even there so we left. So disappointing and unprofessional.
Again, front desk chick was so great. I feel bad she has to deal with that.

This place is a joke. i paid $125 for simple stars on my hand and was promised free touch ups. i have gone in twice trying to get just a couple of lines fixed and no one will help me because the guy who originally did it didn’t come in. this place is extremely over priced and the people are rude. go to monolith instead it is worth the wait and you won’t be charged a ridiculous price.

Artists are all super talented and friendly. It's a really comfortable and homey vibe that you feel welcome to hang out in. Kat exceeded my expectations; I went in for a silly walk in filler tattoo and ended up with a beautiful piece that I'm stoked about
