These guys are as great as tatto artist comes. The owner Leon "Primo" Rosales is a tru master at his craft. He just started my sleeve and the whole process couldnt have been easier. My tattoo is amazing and I cant wait for the finished version. If you are looking for a tattoo, start here!

I called over a week ago and specifically asked about getting a small tattoo this evening. When I called, the guy I talked to specifically told me I shouldn’t have made an appointment because they would have room for me and artists there and that there was no need for an appointment because it was a small tattoo. When I called them today before driving over there to make sure they were still going to get me in, they proceeded to tell me that the only artist there was finishing her next tattoo and leaving. Please explain to me why you told me you would have room. Now I am leaving in two days and there is no way to get my tattoo while I’m on vacation. Very disappointed!

Leon did one of my big pieces on my butt and it was my first time going to him, he is now the absolute only artist I will ever go to! His work is clean, beautiful, and he’s professional, funny, and just awesome to get work done by! I would not recommend anyone else in Oregon besides him and the other artists at Redemption.

Primo you Rock you are definitely what’s up in Bend Oregon if there was a 10 star you’d get them all. Went back yesterday 5/3/2021 same amazing service. I was scheduled 4 months out. Primo or Leon did not let me see the piece he drew up until the day before and it was literally just an inverted photo of what another person in his shop had drawn up before. A piece I Did NOT want. He would not consider changing the piece or rescheduling and only refunded me half of my money. He pocketed 200$ for NO work. I would not recommend this shop. They do not communicate well and will rob you of your money for NO work. Another artist there called me a red flag client because I asked them what their hourly rate was. This place is trash

Leon has done all of my work for the last 15 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and I always get lots of compliments on his work. He has also done AMAZING cover up work on my wife and his skill, attention to detail and creativity shine through in every piece he does. We are SUPER excited to see him open a shop and expand his business. Leon is the man!!

I went in today and got a tattoo very small very simple first tattoo actually and the girl with dreads who works there one instantly messes up the print as she put it on me then I ask are you gonna be able to still get it and make it good good with it messed up like that she said oh absolutely no problem! Then come to find out this was a Problem and she completely messed it up lines are messed up idk what I wanna call the “ flower “ part do any of those lines add up from those 2 pictures ? I don’t think so ? So now I have to live with this terrible tattoo cause Dread head girl thought they were good enough to fix it and rushed it she finished so fast it was unbelievable I’m very upset with this outcome today ! Terrible service terrible!!!
