Every appointment I've ever made at either location, has always been late. Every time, at least 20 minutes but usually more. I had a quick question that they asked me to make an appointment for and when I did I wasn't seen for 25 minutes.
Then when I was seen, they didn't take me back to a room. Someone came out and just did the appointment in the lobby in front of everyone which was really embarrassing. I had a piercing that wasn't healing very well and the whole time the guy was being super condescending and demeaning to me, which was confusing because I was being kind and polite the entire time. He made me feel stupid in front of everyone and got super super close to me when we were just talking, like faces 2ft apart. I felt like he was trying to intimidate me or make me feel small, it was super weird and uncomfortable.
At one point he was telling me to not put anything on my face at all. He was listing things and kinda paused on makeup and looked at me as if he was implying that was what was causing the issue. And I said oh yeah I don't actually wear makeup often, it's been like once a month or less since I've been trying to heal this. And he was like I can see you're wearing makeup right now. ...ok? I just explained that wasn't the issue because I don't really wear it? Also I was only wearing mascara lol
Overall he was being really misogynistic and very rude. I have a ton of piercings and tattoos so I've certainly dealt with rude egotistical men but I've honestly never been treated so bad, I will never come back here.

Had a great experience with my first piercings. Trevor was kind, patient, and gentle with this newbie. The shop is beautiful - lovely fishtank! - and everyone there was very welcoming and cool.

I went back to get my septum done after a not so pleasant experience and let me tell you, it was incredible.
The individuals working were so kind and understanding, and and talked to me about all kinds of things like crystals and their jewelry. It was a blast.
I got the piercing and will be back for any more I choose to get.

I went there for a piercing before and it was great don’t get me wrong. But I went there to get a jewelry change and they were kinda mean about it and said they wouldn’t do it so I left as soon as I got there. Kinda don’t wanna go again

I got my daiths done with Jared. Everyone is so polite and always excited to help make sure you have quality jewelry and a wonderful piercing experience! Jared is doing some truly innovative ear lobe piercings for my mom, who has some tearing from conventional piercings.

I went in to look at the nose stud selection and ended up having such a lovely time! Not only did I leave with two lovely new studs, but also I was met with professionalism, kindness, helpful facts, and warmth from both the desk staff and the piercing tech (not sure if I got the titles correct, sorry if not!). I super recommend this place, whether you're getting your first piercing or your 15th piercing; I will definitely be back next time I need some new shine.
