If I had gotten in I'm sure I would have been happy with the ink but I drove an hour away and stood in line for 6.5 hours until they closed the doors on a group of about 30 people because it was late. They bit off more than they can chew with this flash sale so unless you get there at 9am,don't go. People in front of me waited nearly 12 hours and still didn't get in despite the fact that the shop stayed open 3 hours later than usual.

Went for the $20 tattoos all the staff were friendly, I cant imagine how tired they were but still had a great aditude

Lots of people have came to me talking about how Alec and the shop has done the Sam to artist. Glad to know a whole shop enables such behavior. No problem seeing you in court. Not to mention the trash talking from Danielle. I’ve called the shop multiple times. Not Alec nor Danielle have acknowledged the problem. The first tattoo appointment I scheduled in April of 2021 was rescheduled because I called the day of my appointment to confirm, and Danielle rescheduled me. She told me on the phone February 28th. I didn’t know alex doesn’t work on Tuesday’s. I didn’t know it was his sons bday. Now she claimed she said Feb 5th. Mind you; I’ve had the same number. She claimed not to have it but also claimed to have contacted Me and never left an email me or voicemail. I had to email Alec's gmail directly. I thought I was communicating with him, but it turns out it was Danielle. She yet again lied and claimed not to have my information, but in the email, you’ll see my current number. I then claimed to have texted me. In one text, she claims she never called me. She texted me. This is unprofessional, and I feel scammed. No one contacted me. I have paperwork from my phone company for all the call logs and texts. I do not see an area code 541 for Eugene. Mind you, I live in Salem. I drive all the to Eugene to meet Alec in person. He took a picture of my back, and I told him what I wanted.I NEVER gotten a sketch, after he accepted to work with what I had on my back. Initially, I just wanted the tattoo I paid for and waited days for them to get back to me. They read my messages, and not one of them or the shop has redirected me. I put a $500 cash deposit down. I waited a year and a half. At this point, I want my refund, or I’ll go to small claims court. Since I outed them a lot of people have came forwards.

Flash sale. They got us in as fast as they could, they were amazing communicating with us as we all waited our turn. My first time here!

Waited for 10+ hours to get denied and told first come first serve when we were here at open. Complete and utter incompetence in this establishment. Absolutely wild that they wouldn't tell us sooner. If I could give zero stars I could.

Went to the flash sale today waited 11 hours to be denied when we got to the door?!? To be told first come first serve?? You set no limits people getting 9 to 22 tats at a time! The girl who came out was rude, hella unprofessional. And said come back tomorrow at 8 am like I sat there for 11 hours and tell me to come back tomorrow but no guarantee to not wait 11 hours?!? Her response call the owner….. one of the people we were with called yesterday and they just picked up and hung up… so what does calling do???? Completely ridiculous worst flash sale ever! And the people giving 5 stars had to to get aftercare!!!!! U had to give a 5 starr review if u wanted free aftercare.
