When greeted at the door the gentleman at the front desk was absolutely professional and kind. Once I was guided to the back to discuss what I was wanting with the lady tattoo artist. I asked her simple questions about getting tattooed freckles and I was just appalled at how rude she was. Her robotic expression, irritable attitude and snippy comments had me running for the door. Hoping that others don't experience this kind of rudeness from this artist. (I am not confusing this place with another, because immediately after dealing with her unprofessional attitude I decided to post an honest review of my experience)

This company stole my deposit after cancellation after cancellation on their end! I was ready to get a tattoo on my birthday and Gage canceled my appointment and rescheduled it for 3 months out! Then canceled again the day of my appointment telling me he couldn’t fit me in!! Now they have kept my $100 deposit!! Very flaky and unreliable shop!! Avoid this place!!
