Scheduled an appointment 2 hours prior and they had plenty of slots open. Was greeted at the door immediately, staff was EXTREMELY welcoming and friendly. I got my Medusa done in 3 minutes and it was perfectly placed. I also didn't have to sit in the waiting area because the piercer had already prepped her equipment. Best shop I highly recommend it!

My husband and I came into town on a whim. We both had wanted to get pierced but the online appointment only had one opening. The staff was so kind and understanding.
They not only stayed late but welcomed us both in and pierced us both that night. Thank you for being so awesome and we will make another appearance when we are in town again!!!

Tania was amazing! She made me feel relaxed and talked me through the procedure before we got down to it. She was quick and super kind, wiping my tears & saving my eyeliner for me. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a piercing. I'll definitely be going back to her in the future!

I've been to this location before a few years back and i never got the opportunity to review but i definitely do today. I came here to finally get my nipples pierced and i am super happy i came here. They prove time and time again how professional, informative and knowledgeable they are.
They are a little pricey but honestly it's worth it because of their knowledge etc but also because of their friendly customer service

Jenell got me done. She was great, super welcoming,, and professional. Awesome, perfect experience except it seems like prices have gone up a bit. Not sure if it's the piercing fee or the jewelry, cuz I said no to the receipt 🤪

I've only had great experiences here. Everyone has been kind and helpful. The piercers are knowledgeable and make every piercing easy. They take their time to explain what is going to happen and make sure you are comfortable with it. The tattoo artists are wonderful as well, very knowledgeable and take their time with you to make sure you are getting what you want.
