I have been going to High Priestess Piercing for well over a decade because I love the knowledgeable staff and professionalism. The last time I went in, (Halloween) the receptionist was rude, hurried and failed to answer the questions I had about some jewellery. Turns out she sold me something that I was allergic to because she didn't give a darn and just had continue her text conversation. This is not the service that I'm used to from HPP. I'll still go get pierced here because the piercers and tattoo artists are excellent! The receptionist was just sub par on this occasion.

We went for her 18th birthday. They are friendly, clean, quick and realitively painless. Not only did they give her a birthday discount she got right in, was treated respectfully and with kindness. The tat looks great with no redness swelling or soreness. Thanks Jay Black and HIGH PRIESTESS for making my daughters 18th birthday memory more permanent. Lol We'll be back!

Like the place. Some of the pieces are good. I had a tattoo artist argue about me wanting white in a tattoo and he nearly refused to do it because of his worry about how it will fade. The prices for jewelry are wicked high at all their locations. Selling them not for what a normal mark up would be but closer to someone who marks the price up because of being a known name.

Every time I’ve gotten a piercing here they have done it the wrong way that has caused complications. I got a conch piercing and they pierced with a small earring back that was too tight. All cartilage piercings have to be pierced with longer posts so the piercing has space to swell up. My piercing couldn’t heal until I went somewhere else and switched the post to the correct jewelry. They pierced my tragus with the wrong jewelry as well. When I got my nose pierced, they didn’t even clean the area first before piercing. Although I like the placement of my piercings, I basically had to spend more money elsewhere to get all of them fixed. They don’t know what they’re doing so I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews.

A great place for all your ink and metal needs! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, but also down to business. I had experience with the tattoo department, and I was able to walk out with new art within the hour! Come prepared and you will be well received.

I've gotten a few piercings here, and I haven't had any trouble with anyone but one and it was my lip, it was more me in the long run I think though. The people talk with you about your pirceings and what your actually looking for, its really nice. The jewlery is gorgeous, a little pricey however they have an insurance policy for when they break so it's work it. I've also gotten a tattoo here, my first one actually, and it went so quick and was exactly what I wanted, talked about what I was looking for in that. I really liked one of the drawings on the wall!!!!
