Maxx Von Kaspar is quite possibly the best color tattoo artist in Eugene. He tattooed my entire sleeve and I get tons of compliments everywhere I go. I always tell people that if I were to ever move out of state, I would just come back here to get tattooed. Not to mention that he got voted the best tattoo artist in Eugene in 2015. Can't say enough good things about this place!!!
