My daughter is autistic and was very nervous about getting her ears pierced. Kim was amazing, very calmly explained everything, and put her at ease. Now she wants a tattoo. I highly recommend this place. The cleanliness and sterilization are top notch, everything is professional and organized, but the personal care will make the experience worthwhile.

Walked in, super friendly staff got me going on exactly what i needed and answered any questions i had with a great attitude! The piercer has been doing it for 30 years, is one of the local instructors on how to pierce and walked me through everything he was doing. He was quick and friendly! Just got my lobes pierced and it a fair price too! Ide recommend to anyone!

i got my first ever face piercing done here and kim was so amazing and helpful!! they asked my pronouns before hand and made sure it was ok before entering my personal space. i’m definitely coming back for future piercings.

I got me second tattoo by the great Selina Barrett at this location. Everything was very professional and organized when setting up my appointment. The shop was clean, and followed inviting.
Selina is an awesome person, and artist. She has a “light touch “ when tattooing, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I couldn’t be more excited or happy with the final tattoo, as well as experience there. So much so that I couldn’t wait to book my next appointment before I left!

If you want to be scarred literally and metaphorically go ahead and do business here. The lady was nice at most times, but definitely is not against giving her customers attitude and making them feel unintelligent. I understand leaving if you don’t agree with their practices, but unfortunately this was my first time here and just going off of friend recommendations. I got a nose piercing and did all the correct after care. I then developed an irritation bump after she put my hoop in. (The hoop she put in was way too big might I tell you). I come in to get it switched back to a stud to help it heal, she then says “why did I put such a big hoop in? That’s weird.” And I tell her my cleaning processes(saline spray that is approved. Hand making your own salt solution is no longer an approved way to clean your piercings according to the association of professional piercers.) and she tells me to put oils on my piercing. Which I a big no no, if you know anything about new piercings. She then tells me there’s nothing anyone can do and I have to take it out and can never be pierced there again. Having my nose piercing made me so confident and happy, but unfortunately due to lack of knowledge and lack of professionalism, i no longer have a piercing. Hopefully my bump from the piercing being taken out prematurely will be gone from my nose soon.

The ladies running this place are awesome! My tattoo session went faster than I expected, the price was more than fair for the quality of my tattoo. The shop was clean, and the artists all seemed to be following proper cleaning procedures.

Kim is amazing 👏 She's so knowledgeable, gives great explanations as she moves through her process, gives good care instructions, and is so funny and sweet throughout! I won't go anywhere else for piercings.
