Terrible business practices. No accountability through management or owner. No redress for disputes other than a very rude "assistant" who basically seems to know simply how to avoid actually finding solutions. Would NEVER recommend this establishment. Employees defer to management, management fails to contact you and is never available to communicate.

VERY rude! Needed a cover up done. Would not even consider covering an old grey 20 year old tat. Must not be that good. Not up for a challenge. Best thing I did was walk in and right back out. Do yourself a favor and do the same!!
