I just love Rocky and his work. I have two beautiful tattoos and am trying to plan for more. Rocky helped me design one and I just love his personal touch. If it's your first tattoo, he has a very light hand so it doesn't even hurt! As a healthcare worker I am also very picky about cleanliness. He is very sterile and professional. I highly recommend Pendragon!!! Very cool dude too😉

I wish I could say i had a great experience here but my tattoo was never finished. Personal issues the artist had and he stopped responding to my texts paid 150 bucks for an outline of a flower and the tattoo was left looking worse than when I started in response to the reply regarding my review rocky was the tattoo artist it was most definitely pendragon

I consulted with Rocky about an elbow tattoo and we ended up making an appointment. I emailed him the design I wanted, and when I showed up for my appt, he had the image ready to transfer. He did an excellent job at lining it up on the elbow, and it came out perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to have Rocky do another tattoo for me.
