The lady at the front desk was so polite and was great at striking up a good conversation. Everyone that worked there was very professional. From scheduling a time for an appointment to getting the actual tattoo I could tell that they were very organized and proficient. The whole building was very clean and neat. Bottled water and snacks were provided. My tattoo artist, Paul Watson, was very skilled and patient (because my arm kept going numb). Overall great experience and the prices were good!

Really enjoyed my experience @ Black Swan. Chloe was a dream to schedule with! So considerate and friendly- in a real way. The actual space was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing which I value in my body modification environments. Jason created my vision for a lotus on my lower thigh and was also an authentic human being. Out of my handful of tattoos that I still love this was one of the better experiences when it came to attitude of artist, the art design process and quality of it! and environment:) I feel grateful for this connection:)

I cannot say enough good things about Black Swan Tattoo! I messaged the shop on Instagram and Chloe responded to my messages promptly and professionally. I came in for a consultation and felt put at ease by the vibe of the shop which is welcoming, calm, clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. Jason and Chloe are both lovely to talk to and skilled at what they do. I came back a week later for my tattoo with Jason and was impressed at his ability to freehand a design for me. Jason truly cared about getting the details just right and really listened to what I wanted. He patiently made several tweaks to the design. I did not feel pressured or rushed like I have at other shops. I would definitely come back!

Chloie (forgive me if I spell names wrong lol) and Paul were amazing. I went in wanting a tattoo and Paul drew me up an awesome traditional style pumpkin which I’m in love with and Chloie was super friendly and got me in at a super fast time! Thanks for the awesome experience!

I took my granddaughter here for a consultation. She had a tattoo that had been done badly. We really liked Jason and his plan will be awesome. Made an appointment for January.
UPDATE: My granddaughter got her tattoo today and he did an awesome job. It is a beautiful work of art. We are so pleased. I highly recommend Black Swan.

Well let's start with the consultation easy professional Chloe was great setting it up. Jason impressed me from the start very focused on what I was looking for, I wanted a Samurai on my upper right arm Jason was very receptive to the idea and started to give me ideas to make it much better so I scheduled and did our first session which was 4hrs. Jason is a freehand artist it was unbelievable the creativity he showed from the first touch of the tattoo. Session was amazing the 4 hours flew by the quality of work was outstanding. I was so impressed with the first session I was wanting more done to have an artist of this caliber available to me I have to take advantage. So let's just say it turned into a three quarter Japanese Sleeve with Dragon and beautiful Japanese style freehand Tattoo. Jason at Black Swan Tattoo Company should be your 1st and last choice for a tattoo whether it's your 1st or an on going project this is the artist don't hesitate to take advantage of Jason's gift and hard work.

Jason is a really chill awesome guy to be around when getting tattooed, talking to him felt easy and comfortable and he fit us in for a walk in and did awesome on some matching kitsune masks for us. First step in the shop was warm and inviting and his artwork and whole vibe really is just awesome. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to everyone. Best shop in the valley if you ask me!

I went into Black Swan to have a piece done for my family. It was the birth month flowers of my parents and I. Jason is absolutely phenomenal. Professional, timely, and talented beyond all measure. He hand draws the tattoos he does and I was astonished to watch the drawing he did become the final result. I’d also like to give a shout out to Chloe who runs the front. She is personable, kind, and just absolutely fabulous. The two of them are a great team. I cannot stress enough what a great experience I had at this shop. I will definitely be coming back again. And I highly recommend them to anyone in the market.
