Mark at epic ink was very hospitable. The artist we were supposed to see fell sick so Mark fit us in to his very busy schedule. He ended up working OT just for us. I'm so glad I came here for my first tattoo. Hubby and I received the same design. Mark was very meticulous and made sure we got the best of the best. He really cares about his work. You'd think after 20 years of doing the same thing he'd grow tired of it and or care less but he proved that he still loves and cares about his work. His wife and daughter were also super helpful and accommodating!!! Very positive experience! We will likely drive to Medford from the coast to get more artwork and definitely reccomend this clean and laid back tatoo shop.

Absolutely amazing place. Very clean and very fun staff. Art work is killer and they are amazing at their line of work. Mark did my tat and it came out clean and solid. Worth the money and worth the time. You respect them and they'll treat you like family. If you're in need of a tat I highly recommend this shop.

I got my first tattoo with Korynn. I was very impressed with her focus which resulted in an excellent job in a short period of time. The place is also very clean. They make sure you're provided with care after the tattoo. I would highly recommend Epic Ink!!!!

Mark the owner was the artist I worked with and he did an excellent representation of the tattoo I was trying to get, to tribute someone that had passed away recently. Very professional and great environment to be in, very clean. Glad to say I’m never gonna regret the tattoo I got done here 10/10 no doubt.

Gotten 3 tattoos here recently, 2 by kory and one by josh, I won't go anywhere else. The work is outstanding and they're all really nice there. I'm definitely coming back for more! The other staff will chat with me while being tattooed which helps with the discomfort of the needle and is a good pass time

I appologize Mark. I am new to tattooing and was looking for some mentoring and had some questions. The piercer at the front didn't let me talk to a tattoo artist. She shut me down immediately because I didn't have a license. If you would be willing to talk I would most certainly come back be receptive to a good conversation. And possibly get some work done.
