Laura Graham is hands down, Portland's best tattoo artist! She is SO talented, and SO creative! We have only finished half of my piece and I am so blown away and satisfied with her work already!! She is an extremely warm person, and if you sit for hours, it will feel like time flies by because she's so accommodating and friendly! I highly recommend her and the shop.

Relaxed vibe, eclectic music and friendly people start it out. You might wonder if the presence of a number of excellent places to grab a drink - either before or after you walk in to this place to commit to something that will outlast your own presence in this earthly plane - adds to my good feelings about it. Maybe.
Bottom line is that when I got my first tattoo over ten years ago, I spent months looking through catalogues of work by dozens of artists, before settling in Tyler to do the work. I have gotten numerous compliments on it over the years, but most important, it was exactly what I wanted, done even better than I had imagined it.
So when I needed to get an additional tattoo done, I looked him up. Tyler does an amazing job and he's a great guy to boot. I very highly recommend him and his work.

In Portland for a few days a couple years back, and was absolutely thrilled with the end result we worked out. David Stein designed and inked beyond a doubt, the best tattoo I've ever gotten. This is a fantastic shop with very skilled artists. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Best tattoo shop I have ever been to, hands down. They not only have some of the most talented tattoo artists in Portland but the friendliest as well. No matter when I called or came in they were always very kind and genuine. The shop is definitely the best looking shop around town, you don't feel like your in a hospital room getting tattooed. The warm features of the shop really make you feel relaxed and excited to be getting tattooed. All together this place is fantastic and I will always go back to get tattooed here.

I had a most excellent experience with Chris at Grizzly Tattoo! After spending HOURS looking through artists' online portfolios, his immediately jumped out at me as unique and suited to what I was looking for. I scheduled a consultation with him and we met to discuss my ideas. He listened to what I had to say, asked some clarifying questions, and was very professional yet friendly and easy to talk to.
We scheduled my appointment and he worked on a design. When he showed it to me, it totally blew me out of the water: I was thrilled! I made a couple of tweaks, he made the changes, and the he went to work.
The process itself wasn't a ton of fun (you're getting stabbed with a needle, after all!), but Chris did a great job of making me comfortable throughout the entire session. When it was over, my tattoo was even better looking than I thought it would be--which I didn't think was possible!
I would highly recommend Chris at Grizzly Tattoo to anybody that was thinking about getting inked. It was a very positive experience from start to finish, and if I were ever to get another tattoo, I would no doubt come back here.

I just went to Grizzly for the first time to get something done by a guest artist. Although I went to a guest artist, my girlfriend and other friends of ours have gone to Grizzly and everyone I’ve talked to has had an amazing experience. I will be going back for sure!

LACEY IS AMAZING. I'm visiting from out of state and I desperately wanted a tattoo, all the places I called and emailed just wasnt working out and I was already on the last day of my trip. Lacey was very professional and kind and took me in before her work day even started and she gave me all the pricing and details before hand.
