I had the amazing opportunity to work with Mark. He let me come in as a walk in appointment, i had a lyric written out from a concert I went to the night before and he matched the lettering perfectly!! Walking in there he had such great energy to him! Definitely a blessing if you get the chance to get a tattoo by him. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants a tattoo. Great conversationalist and just an overall genuine person. Get your tattoos done by mark!!!!

I've had the pleasure of getting three tatts in the past two weeks from Mark! The work is amazing, prices can't be beat, he's super collaborative, the environment is mad chill and clean, and he is one of the coolest dudes! If you're needing a tatt in this wild world we're living in, I highly recommend Kilroy's Tattoo! He really makes you feel like you are a rockstar! Plus, he has the best stories to occupy the tatt time! Best experience! I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

In 2017, I visited Killroy's Tattoo and within a week, I got a saber-tooth tiger skull on my right calf, a walrus skull on my left calf and an antelope skull with a raven on my right leg, all black & grey with a little red ink, and all done by Joseph Robertson (@teddy_cobra).

A few months later, I went back and met the owner, Mark Ledford. We agreed on my topic and illustration and about two weeks later I got a full black & grey sleeve on my inner right arm elbow to armpit (see photo).

I meant to go back at some point to get a Mastodon skull, but after Covid-19 came around and I took on a big mortgage on a house, I had to hit the brakes on tattoos.

Great place. Came in with my daughter to get a tattoo. It seemed as if he gave her every excuse not to do or he could not do the tattoo. After going on back and forth for 20 minutes the quote was $100 to draw the coy fish and $450 for the tattoo($550). My daughter is an Airman and asked is there a discount for military? The guy then went up on his price to $500. Finally she got the drift and started searching elsewhere. Just say I can't do it. Or I'm not the right tattoo artist for what you are looking for. I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Mark today. He not only gives stunning tattoos, Mark also has such a kind heart and is so down to earth. He tattooed my kitten that passed away suddenly in Nov. Mark was so incredibly respectful and sweet, I loved our chat and am looking forward to getting more tatts in the future by him! Mark is a hidden gem in Portland. I have gotten 4 tattoos from him and all have held up EXTREMELY well. He did a piece on the back of my hand and I work in healthcare and food service so I wash my hands ALOT this piece hasn’t even faded and I’ve had it for almost 4 years! I cannot recommend him enough. Not only that but his customer service is totally amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable when he was tattooing my thigh. He made sure I felt comfortable with his hand placement. Great conversations always. Again cannot recommend him enough

Mark is amazing! He not only provided great experience and atmosphere but added to a simple tattoo! He is a great experience and great conversation! This shop needs more recognition!!

Whoever answered this phone is complete jerk. My wife and I wanted to get our wedding bands tattooed on our fingers. I was quickly shot down saying he doesn't tattoo hands. I thought OK well some Tattoo artist don't tattoo hands. So I moved on and asked if he could do an anime sleeve with dragon ball z. He told me I'm a waste of his time and hung up on me. What a jealous. I won't recommend this person or shop to anyone.

Man, what can I say about Mark. Me, my older brother and my younger sister all went in to get matching tattoos and from the moment Mark answered the phone to the moment we left the shop he created such an incredibly positive, welcoming, professional and fun atmosphere. Seriously, we got the whole 9 yards, we got a fantastic rate, and the art is fantastic. I seriously can't say enough good things about the guy, I just feel incredibly lucky that he answered my call and got us down there, even though we stay half an hour away.
