Went in for a small walk-in right when they opened. They made me wait 3 hours, and then sent me home saying they would give me a call in 45 minutes when they could fit me in. Called me and canceled, and said they would call me first thing the next day to get me in. Never called. Also the blonde worker who tried to schedule my friend and I was so clearly high that he forgot he had talked to us less than an hour ago and we had to completely re-explain everything to him. Honestly felt so disrespected but now I was able to warn all my peers and coworkers to not visit here.

Got my first tattoo with Paula! Came to Portland from Boston, MA to visit. She’s absolutely a sweetheart and super amazing. She will not disappoint you and will exceed your expectations!

We tried so many shops in Portland and this was the only place we could get a walk-in! All of the staff were so friendly and made us feel comfortable. My partner and I both got flash tattoos by Ben and they were fast and very high quality. We will definitely be back :)

To say I had an amazing experience would be an understatement. My appointment was with Ben (one of the owners) and he made it feel like you were sitting with an old friend. To be honest, the whole staff made me feel that way from moment I walked in the doors. I love the way my tattoo turned out and I’m already planning my next one!

Saw Sean and he did a tattoo for me and one for my husband also. He made the experience easy, really enjoyable and both our tattoos turned out super rad. The shop itself was clean, cute, all artists were super friendly and the flash all over the walls was amazing. Highly recommend.

Nikki at Pink Panther is an amazing artist! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. My eyebrows look amazing and I couldn't be happier! Microblading isn't like old school eyebrow tattooing. The shape and color look natural.

My friend and I were visiting from Seattle and came in asking for VERY last minutes appointments, Ben was able to squeeze us in and was very nice and professional! They were fast and came out very sharp! The place was clean and had a great environment. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Portland.

Made an appointment with Lisa via email. I've gone to her before at Historic and was super excited about her new shop. Drove down from Seattle to Pink Panther Tattoo for my appointment and Lisa was not there. She had totally forgotten about the appointment and said I could come in later. I am incredibly frustrated because I made the special trip only to have my time wasted. I guess this is a walk-in shop only.
