I had a tattoo sleeve idea in mind for a long time. I stopped in to Pink Panther and spoke with Chris. He made my tattoo come to life. My sleeve is exactly what i wanted and I couldn't be happier! Chris is a great artist, he was kind, patient and listened to what I wanted. Chris is the best!

I found Kayla when she was doing an artist visit at Pink Panther last year. She is my new favorite artist and I had the greatest experience at Pink Panther. You could believe my excitement when I found out Kayla moved to PDX and is at Pink Panther permanently! Can't wait to go back in April and get more ink from her!

As easy as going to get my eyebrows waxed! Walked in for small tattoo n got exactly what I asked for. Ben was great n so was the receptionist! Definitely recommend!

extremely rude, i’m a genuinely chill guy and he made the walk- in progress seem very aggressive and when I wanted to clarify what he said, he insinuated I was unknowable for no reason. I have never left a review for anything but this was so unprofessional, rude, saddening I couldn’t not.
