Jeff is awesome and welcoming. He is very thorough with the questions about what I wanted and where. Made scheduling the appointment very easy and was able to get me a session in just three weeks. They did a complete remodel by themselves before they opened and the shop looks great!

Second and unfortunately the last time I will invest in a piece by Kyle. Saw him over a year ago - after he messed up my appointment and had to reschedule me for the next day (an unfortunate error that was forgiven), I was absolutely thrilled with the results. This time around, I was surprised at the lack of attention to detail he showed and the overall disregard for comments I made and things I voiced that I wasn’t really feeling about the initial design (a large flower he added at the bottom of my concept that I felt did not compliment the piece at all)
This new piece is awkwardly placed and runs into/ crowds my other pieces and on top of that he used a significantly thinner needle this time and as a result this piece really doesn’t fit in with the rest of my arm work. When I politely inquired about the needle width looking different he replied “yeah, when you continue to fill up your arm you won’t even notice the difference.”
I’m quite sad about the experience overall, as I really trusted him as a talented professional. On top of everything, there are quite a few places where he missed the mark and went out of the lines. I was just surprised based on the fact that I was so thrilled after last time and saw no errors whereas this time- over a year later and at a higher hourly rate, his quality and attention to detail just wasn’t the same.
Hate to leave any negativity, just wanted to share my honest experience- Although Kyle is a very talented individual- I regret the time, money and effort I spent and unfortunately will be scheduling an appointment with a laser removal clinic.
