This is where you need to go if you want piercings. I had an appt with Bree today. It couldn’t have gone more smooth. It was quick and painless plus she’s very personable and friendly. I’ll definitely use her for further piercings.

I went here to get a helix piercing from them for a second time. The first time was an okay experience, though I had an appointment and they called me back an hour after my appointment was supposed to be. The second time I went same thing happened. Finally after I had been waiting for an hour they say they’re still busy but can at least get me into a room. 20 minutes after that, a random staff member walking by pokes her head in and says “have you still not been helped??” and comes in and pierces my ear really quickly. Fast forward to a few months later after the swelling goes down and find out she had pierced my bottom helix piercing upward, so if I put any studs in it the jewelry goes completely underneath my top piercing. Overall a terrible experience and I’m not going to be able to wear anything but hoops even though I got that piercing specifically for studs. Very disappointed

Went in on a Thursday morning, everyone was nice and the shop was really top notch. Got walked through jewelry, prices and care very well. Actual piercing was quick and as painless as new ones can be. And both the counter attendee and the piercer were so sweet and helpful!

Breanna is fantastic! She walked me thru the whole Daith process before, during, and after. She even gave me some tips for a septum piercing I’d gotten elsewhere. I’ll definitely be returning to her for my further piercings :)

Couldn’t find their name on your website but Kacey/KC was super helpful and informative with me. Had no pain whatsoever when it came to my downsize and I appreciated their care and kindness. Have always had good experiences here so I highly recommend. 100/10 job by them.

They were absolutely amazing!! I was a little late to my appointment but they were totally fine with fitting me in as soon as they could. My piercer Breanna was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend! This is my third piercing done here.

I’ve gotten my nose pierced and had jewelry changed here many times, and each time it’s a great one. Service is always quick and the employees are always super nice and helpful. I’ve been a customer for years and I’ll be one as long as I’m here in Salem!
