Went here for the first time with my dad last year for my 17th birthday, and I got a helix done on my left ear, jewelry was beautiful and service was amazing but I have to leave a one star because it was pierced extremely wrong. I wasn’t that educated then about placements angles and stuff but after about 7-8 months of it not healing I went to a place that was closer and trusted and they said it was pierced at a 90 degree angle, and since I’ve worked with it for so long I didn’t want to give up on it but over a year later it never healed, all my other ones have healed perfectly but this one. I’m disappointed that I was pierced incorrectly and don’t know what went wrong because everybody was so nice and it seemed very professional

I took my son here to get his ears pierced for the first time. Breanna pierced his ears and was great. She took the time to explain the process before and during the action, made him feel comfortable. She was also very informative on proper aftercare as well as the healing process, and had no problem answering all of my questions. I would really recommend her to anyone, I really appreciate the way the experience went.

Hands down best place to go! Everyone is awesome and welcoming. Shop is clean and comfortable. If you're anything like me and work yourself up over getting a new piercing the staff here put those nerves to rest. I got pierced today by Bree and will definitely go back! She's great!!

My experience with the piercing itself was not that great as my bridge piercing is literally crooked and i told them this when they did the piercing. My bigger issue was with the jewelry. Absolute trash jewelry that literally disintegrated in my hands when I was washing my face one morning. It's not like I use industrial floor cleaners on my face, there's no reason for jewelry to turn to dust 😑

Bree is the absolute best! I’ve been getting piercings from her for almost ten years now. She always makes sure you’re comfortable and happy before leaving her chair. All 8 of the piercings she’s done on me have healed beautifully & every few months I find myself daydreaming about more!
They were super busy last night between walk-ins and appointments and still gave me the best customer service. 🥰
