They are amazing! I walked in with no appointment and walked out within an hour with my tongue repierced and my very first tattoo!! Ana is so incredibly knowledgeable! She kept me calm and explained everything while patiently answering all of my first timer questions! I can't wait to go back!!

New to PA and wasn't sure where to go. I decided on Railroad City alhough busy (Friday at open ) they were able to accommodate my walk in piercings. At check in was informed of a small wait (15 mins). Very accurate window.
Cheese is very knowledgeable and professional, yet made you feel like more than just another number. I was in and out before I knew it.
Healing is still doing well.

The person who did my belly button piercing was so nice! He made sure that I wasnt in to much pain and he took his time to make it look nice. They also where so quick to get me in and get my piercing done and made sure all my questions where answered and very very polite about it. I hope to come get my nose done soon too!

Went here for my first tattoo and wasn’t quite sure what all to except. The inside was nice and clean. Not “sketchy” as sometimes tattoo shops are categorized as. The guy and gal at the front desk were polite, helpful, and friendly! Talked to another man who was also really helpful in giving information and making us feel comfortable. Tim did the tattoo for me and I was highly satisfied! Made sure I was comfortable and good during the actual process. Answered my many questions lol the tattoo turned out phenomenal!! I’m so happy with it and everyone who sees it says how nice it looks and classy it is. It was a good price as well! I’d definitely recommend Railroad City to anyone looking to get a tattoo!!

Ana did a great job on my son's first tattoo.. She was very steady with her lines&detail in a situation where my son was shaking and shivering badly due to the temp in the tattoo place was frigid 🥶.. price was reasonable and staff very friendly.. Clean shop but the location has some sketchy areas nearby and only ONE way streets which was extremely confusing to me since I had never been there before in Downtown Altoona there isn't many places to eat, and we had a 1.5hr wait till our appt commenced so all and all 5⭐⭐⭐🤩

Cheese is an excellent piercer. Hes done two of my step daughter's piercings and has always been wonderful with how he treats his customers. The rest of the staff.... mmmmm not so much.
