If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I've never been one to leave reviews, but Stone's Throw deserves it. Over the past 9+ years that I've been getting tattooed from various places.. Ive gained some trust issues with tattoo artists due to work I've gotten at other shops. Since Ive been going to Stone's Throw I've trusted multiple of their artists to tattoo me for various styles! I cant say theres an artist there that I wouldn't trust. The shop itself has a welcoming and friendly environment and the artists create nothing short of the same. They've even managed to squeeze me in short notice when there was availability. Each time they walk through the process with me and make sure we're on the same page about how I'd like the design to go. While I'm usually more laid back when it comes to giving creative freedom, I can honestly say the designs and execution have never failed to exceed my expectations. Every artist there upholds the high quality work and environment of the shop. So if you're looking for amazing and unique work from great people there's nowhere else I'd recommend. I'll definitely be back again for other designs I have in mind!

The shop was both looked and smelled clean. Everyone I encountered in person and via email was friendly and easy to talk to. Marty did my tattoo and I thought he was great. He used updated machines and saniderm for aftercare which I love. Great work, I definitely recommend this shop.

So so happy I found this gem while searching for a new tattoo studio near me! I was able to snag an appointment with Marty and he did an amazing job! Clean and professional work overall and I can’t wait to come back. The shop was very clean and the environment was laid back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good work.

Very clean shop, everyone was friendly and easy going. Ericksen Linn did an absolutely AMAZING job on my Sofie Belle and her koala baby. He was able to capture her perfectly. Now she is with me wherever I go, even though she is no longer with me physically. Thank you so much for your attention to detail.

Went with John to finish up a large nautical themed sleeve of many different nostalgic spots. He did a fantastic job expressing this design using realism techniques over 5 sessions. The environment at Stone's Throw is relaxed and collaborative. Whether or not you've been tattooed, all of the artists will make you feel right at home. The cool thing about Stone's Throw is that each artist has their own style. Highly recommend! Be prepared for Netflix and Hulu binge watching while getting ink.

I got zapped by Jesse Byrd. His work is impeccable! So vibrant and full of detail. 5/5 for him for sure!! Not to mention he is super polite and sweet. I will certainly be back and will continue to boast about the quality work Jesse is slinging over at Stones Throw!

I was well taken care of at this facility. Super professional, very friendly, everything you would expect from a 10/10 business. Appointment was booked and judging from my artists (Dave’s) portfolio I felt 100% trust for him to turn my idea into art. He did just that and then followed up by knocking this tatoo out of the park. The two sessions went by fast, I felt like I was hanging out with one of my buds. We talked a lot and had a lot of good laughs. In the beginning I couldn’t imagine someone having this kind of artistic ability but Dave certainly has it. I’m lucky to have found these group of guys and I wouldn’t let anyone else tatoo me after the great experience I had here. Thanks again 😊👍🏻 Until the next sesh.

Got my first tattoo here after needing a shop in the Philadelphia area that suited my needs. Was tattooed by Ericksen who created a beautiful art piece that is now on my body. He is a little pricy but he delivers and gives amazing tattoos. My brother used another artist (Marty) for some of his tattoos and was really happy with them. The owners are really cool and keep a very clean establishment. I highly recommend this shop to all tattoo enthusiasts since they offer a wide range of styles.

I highly recommend the tattoo work of the talented artists at this studio. All are friendly, personable and professional (including the owner). I went there to have Ericksen Linn do a tattoo for me since his designs and work are beautiful. He did a black & grey Elvis for me and I’m very happy with the result!
