I have a question. I got my eyebrow pierced 6 months ago and it is still crusty. I clean it on a regular and it’s also time to change it. Is there anything I can do about the crust? Also why kind of eyebrow jewelry is recommended?

I’ve gotten two piercings done by jay. First my nose back in July 2020 and my nose ring kept sinking into my nose like he used the wrong size to pierce my nose or the wrong ring size. I had to put a hoop in so it wouldn’t close around my piercing. I got my belly button pierced there same day as my nose and he didn’t even pierce it in the right place. He pierced it above my navel and I didn’t notice till I got home. I just turned 18 and this was my first big piercing. So I didn’t know how this all works and he wouldn’t let my dad in the back. Then I decided to give them another chance and got my eyebrow done in October of 2021 and I’ve had nothing but issues with my piercing. He did it at an odd Angle and I always get infections when I go there. But I’ve been to other places and had no issues. I definitely will not be back and I don’t recommend this place to get piercings done by Jay.

Got nipple piercings for me and my best friend. The piercer (Jay I believe) was absolutely amazing through the entire process. Afterward I got a little lightheaded (definitely eat a little something and make sure to drink water before any piercings) and he was super great helping me cool off and giving me something to drink and just generally making sure I was okay. In the future I will absolutely be going back to him to get any more work done and I will make sure to eat beforehand haha

I got a tattoo done by Kelly in August and she was awesome! Super friendly and patient when I needed to take a break. I couldn’t handle getting the color the first session so I’m going back for a second but the black outline she did looks so good! A great experience all around and I would highly recommend.

I went there and scheduled an appt with Kelly. Showed her the tattoo I wanted & where I wanted it, she said cool, and I made the down payment. When I got there for the tattoo she shows me an entirely different tattoo. I was confused she kept trying to not give me exactly what I wanted, by saying she saw it on the internet she didn't want to do another artists work.
Fine, whatever, I just wish I didn't already give her my money under the impression I was getting what I wanted.
She ended up rendering up a similar* tattoo to what I wanted, leaving out some things I did really want in the tattoo.
Ultimately I rate the experience 2 stars because I still get mad when I think about the experience to this day. After reading the reviews from other customers it just seems like I simply couldn't get the tattoo that I wanted for no reason.

Very friendly yet professional at the same time... no hassles no drama & made the experience very homey & enjoyable :) would recommend to anyone looking for more or 1st time ink without hesitation :) all around great place & my new home for ink thats for sure!!!

Everyone was no nice, the body piercer joking around with me and my mom. Very conscious of covid guidelines, which meant I couldn't go in with my friend but it's understandable. Piercing is great!

Melissa did a fabulous job on my tattoo last week. She made me comfortable and she accommodated me for a very personal tattoo. She got me through the pain and in the end I was very pleased with her work. I will be coming back for her to add more to the tattoo I asked for. I would definitely recommend her. She's great!

Went here today to get the other side of my nose pierced and my sister got her nose pierced. Jay was very patient and sanitary. My temperature was taken as I walked in the door and was sent right away to wash my hands and everything was wiped before I sat down. He was very quick and the piercing is great. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
