Got my belly button pierced, the studio was wonderful and everyone was polite. We didn’t fill out any paperwork which was weird but the piercer was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately I was pierced with a bar that is way too short and now it’s pinching a new piercing and is painful. If it isn’t changed it will reject, the bar did not allow for swelling. Typically starter piercings are rather lengthy and need to be changed after healing, this piercing is the same length as an after market piercing (around 10mm). My piercing isn’t crooked, is done pretty deep, and I love the placement. I adore the studio but if I ever return I’ll be checking jewelry very intensely before leaving and being vocal if I notice something isn’t up to standard. At the time I thought my navel was just very swollen and that the bar would look a lot larger after a few days when the swelling went down. I still do recommend this place and know people with healed nostril piercing, unfortunately they just have the wrong length navel piercings.
