Great place for tattoos and piercings, very friendly staff and a nice clean environment. Ethan and April do very good work, and the shop also has a great apprenticeship program for people just starting out. I got two tattoos done by an apprentice, Morgan Murphy, and they were high-quality, clean tattoos. I, as well as a few people I know have also gotten piercings done by Whitney and they've all turned out great. I was scared out of tattoo/piercing shops in Meadville after recent experiences at other places, but i can definitely say that i would recommend Lucky Lucy's to anybody around.

Look I'm telling you if your are gonna get a tattoo go to this place. They are really fair with their prices they do great work and it's a great atmosphere. All three of the women that work there are very good so it doesn't matter who does your tattoo it's gonna turn out great. Love this place and will be getting another tattoo there soon.
