Amazing place Amazing people Great customer service Talented artist

Amazing place, amazing people!! I went with a friend for moral support, knew nothing about the place. We did a walk in on a weekend. The wait was a little bit, but if I hadn't had to wait, I would have never got to see how they interacted with clientele. That interaction is what caused me to move forward and inquiry about my own tattoo. Chris did an amazing job. I could not be happier.

Great Artist Informative Comfortable Experience Recommendable

I got my first tattoo here! Ryan was very informative and helpful throughout the process and made me feel more comfortable. He is also an AMAZING artist; I got a floral pattern with fine lines and he did an amazing job, the lines were perfect. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if itโ€™s your first tattoo!

excellent tattoo great care professional

Iโ€™ve gotten all my ink done here over the last 10 years and recently my boyfriend got his ink here as well. I canโ€™t think of going any place else, honestly. Theyโ€™re very down-to-earth yet also very professional. Youโ€™re going to get an excellent tattoo with great care and attention. Ryan is just fantastic! Thanks again! Weโ€™ll definitely be back again soon :)

Bad Service Expensive Ruined Tattoo

I have gotten my tattoo done here at the end of August 2018. It was a finger tattoo "breathe ; "
I got very nice service at initial visit. However I went back because the tattoo was not done property and alot of the letters were different thicknesses and the semicolon looks just like a comma now. I went back to the shop in the beginning of the October and the experience was much different. Not proffessional to say the least. I was told that's how finger tattoos heal and there is nothing they can do. They offered to do it again, for another $120 (which I think is pretty expensive to begin with) This tattoo has alot of meaning to me and these people just totally ruined it for me. I am.very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend going here. Hunter who did my tattoo did not even offer to stop to look at it, all he said was something under his breath. And the guy I spoke with (unfortunately did not get his name) short , blondish hair, was very rude about it.

Great Service Talented Artist Recommend

I have been here twice, for two different tattoos, and now I recommend this place to everyone! Josh did both tattoos and was very kind - he even remembered to ask about my first tattoo when I went back for my second one a year later. They both look superb. I love this place and am considering getting another tattoo, in which case I would return to Josh. Keep being great, Living Arts!

Best in the business!!
Knowledgeable owner and staff that's attentive to your wants and needs. I've had new stuff, cover ups and redos all done by Brian and he did a great job. Lots of compliments on my stuff and this is the only shop I'd go to. Highly recommend and I don't really post reviews to much unless it's really good or really bad and they are not bad!

My husband & I went into Living Arts while visiting New Hope to price out a potential tattoo & ask some questions about the sizing. The reviews online made the place sound great. First impression upon walking in was that the staff was not customer oriented or interested in making a sale to complete the work AT ALL! The girl at the front desk wasn't friendly or knowledgeable. Every question we had, she had to go in the back & ask someone else. The person she was asking was sitting down in a chair playing Xbox games & barely looked at the piece. He deflected the question on pricing to another person in the back who didn't appear to be doing anything either. They seemed annoyed & didn't want to be taken away from their video games. They never got up from their chairs to speak to us & we were the only customers in the shop. The tattoo I want is a pretty simple symbol that doesn't involve any shading & is mostly lines. At the current size of the picture (baseball size), they wanted to charge me between $250-$300 'depending on where it was placed' then proceeded to try to tell me I should change my placement place to someplace flat (like my back). We left feeling like they really had no interest in doing the tattoo. On the way home we stopped by our usual tattoo parlor whose reputation is even better than Living Arts. They took one look at the tattoo, said they could do it at a size I was happy with, where I wanted it & quoted me an $80 price. I should've known to stick with the best & stay with the reputable parlor who has done all my other tattoo's! Lesson learned!

Hunter and Chris are awesome. Very patient, informative and calming for a 1st timer. They helped me and my husband design tattoos for our anniversary. We LOVE our new ink!
