"We are Tried N True Tattoo. Formerly Outlawed Ink, we have moved to Washington Ave, right in the heart of Scranton. We strive to make tattooing as comfortable an experience as we can. With the two artists currently working at Tried N True, there are no tattoos to big or too small. Need a cover up? No problem. First tattoo? Drop us a message or stop by with any questions; we’d be honored to help as we understand tattooing can be a scary thing and we wish only to provide positive experiences. Walk-in’s welcome. Our shop minimum is $75.00. We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. All appointments require a 20 percent non-refundable retainer. We do not offer piercing services. About 7 years I got some free hand script writing done on both arms...after the artist was finished I was so overwhelmed that I asked for a skull on right wrist...which the artist obliged too! Nothing but professionals there.
