Initially, I had gone to King Kobra to talk to the artists about the tattoos I wanted, and I was looking to get two small and extremely simplistic tattoos and the artist had told me it would be $160 for both. But my friend had told me that that price was outrageous for the tattoos I was looking for, and she referred me to this tattoo shop instead! Since it was my first time getting tattoos, I went in very nervous and with one of my best friends. I was looking to get the two small tattoos, and Tony was very nice and the shop had a great atmosphere! I felt a little less scared, and the tattoos look amazing! The price was also so reasonable compared to King Kobra, at 814, I paid $120 + tip for the tattoos, and they came out looking exactly how I wanted them to! Great service, great prices, definitely will come back to get more!

Best experience! Tony was professional, calming, and relaxing. I went with two friends and we all got our nipples pierced. He’s a double master and just kept our nerves down. He’s also so much more affordable than another other place in town. 100% recommend!!

Tony and I have come to be friends after I started traveling to his shop. I drive about an hour and a half to his shop and it’s worth it every time. Just wish I’d have found him sooner. He’s personable, doesn’t overcharge you, and he actually works with you to get you the tattoo you want. Couldn’t recommend him more 👍🏼

Wow! If you are looking for a quality piercing in State College, 814 Tattoo Co. is your place! I am super impressed with the quality and professionalism of 814 Tattoo Co. I had previously called around to book an appointment and check prices. Another location downtown was unwilling to give me a price and deviated from my question. Additionally, I was told there was a huge wait and they couldn't get me in for weeks. When I called 814 Tattoo Co. I was given an honest price (amazing price for quality by the way) and told to head down to the shop. Overall fantastic experience.

I walked in today on a whim because I wanted my second hole pierced on my ear. Once I arrived he was working on a piece for four hours and had thirty minutes left, so I went to get a coffee and came back. Once I did he was practically done and allowed me to see the piece( IT WAS AMAZING). Anyways after signing some forms, washing my hands and his, we were on the chair. I explained the long annoying history of bad ear piercings at places like Claire’s , and even my first hole was done incorrectly too, according to Tony. My ears are pretty sensitive and prone to infection, so i’m glad that the studs (which were included in my 30$ fee for BOTH ears) were medical grade steel. The process took no more than 10 minutes. He opened fresh pack of needles and earrings, and of course cleaned my ear before and after it was done. the most reassuring part was that he took the time to measure the distance between my first piercing to where my second would be. Being someone who HATES when things are even, and always being able to tell when things aren’t aligned— that made me very happy. Of course, since my original piercings were off, he can’t undo that but he did work off of it and they came out pretty great. This man seems pretty dedicated in his work and it shows. I will be going back to get another piercing and a tattoo soon.

Tony did my tattoo, and it was a wonderful experience! He is a very down to earth, funny guy who makes your experience comfortable! He is very clean and professional and his prices are very fair compared to other tattoo shops in the area! Love my tattoo, I would 100% recommend him!

Tony is a great guy, funny and tells stories to keep you calm and your mind of tattoos or piercing. Got a Penn state tattoo done, great work lines are perfect and solid color. Was affordable and he gave good aftercare instructions, recommend getting work done here.
