Right off the bat, Paper Moon has a relaxing atmosphere. I was greeted right away and was given instructions for filling out my personal information. My artist, Adam, came over quickly and discussed my design, placement, and size. All of the staff were friendly and personable. Adam made me feel comfortable, frequently checked in with me, and gave me a ton of reassurance by telling me how well I was doing for my first larger piece. I can't recommend Paper Moon enough!!!

Went with a friend to get a piercing with Jessie! We had such a fun time! The atmosphere is amazing and makes it feel like family! Jessie is very knowledgeable about what she does and makes everyone feel super comfortable! I will continue to go here for every piercing I want! Best birthday!! ❤️❤️

Paper Moon is definitely the best tattoo shop in central PA. You only have to take a look at Adam and Jordan’s portfolios to see how talented they are, but what keeps me coming back is how friendly and family oriented the shop is. You get an awesome, beautiful tattoo and an awesome experience! They are extremely fair with their pricing. Highly suggest this shop to anyone and everyone!

I got my first tattoo from Adam at Paper Moon. He sat down with me and helped me design exactly what I wanted and what would look good. He was able to take my dad’s signature off a card and turn it into a beautiful tattoo. He has a very gentle touch and is great with his clients. The shop is also immaculate! I got my first tattoo here on one of the walk-in days. I was just about as nervous as I was excited! Adam was so awesome with helping me to stay calm and my tattoo turned out incredible!! My friend ended up having to go back to class before my time slot. Jordan was on a break from working on another man’s sleeve so she came over and let me hold her hand. I absolutely recommend Paper Moon to anyone looking for a great tattoo from some really awesome artists.

Jordan did my first 3 tattoos and my mom and sister's first tattoo. I got 2 tattoos with handwriting and she recreated it exactly. We had a phenomenal first tattoo experience. There was nothing that could have made it better, because it was perfect. The tattoo shop is so professional and they clean very thoroughly between each person. We can't wait to come back to Jordan to get some more!

Paper Moons the place to beat people! These individuals bring your ideas to life way more then you could even imagine! Ive been going to Adam for all my tattoo needs way before he was cool! (No matter what he says!) Ive seen Jordan go from apprentice to artist and her talent still blows my mind! Although she's kinda quite, and like, makes weird faces, thats kinda distracting.... she's alright! Ya need anything peirced? Mrs Jessie Lee is the chick to do it! Her confidence and comforting nature can help you through the whole process! Everyone at the shop is beyond kind, friendly and fun!
