My family has gotten many piercings here. They are reliable, clean and professional. I called for a last minute appointment and they went above and beyond to get us in. Me and my kiddo are so grateful!! Highly recommend!

Recently discovered this place and got some ear piercings here two weeks ago. Super friendly and inviting staff, and allowed my friend and I to get pierced at the same time. I got a helix and lobe piercing done and they are healing quite nicely. My friend got her septum done. I wish I got the name of the kind man who did our piercings, as it was clean and kept good conversation during the whole process. Would for sure come here again. Thank you!

My friends and I love this place for piercings! I have personally gotten three piercings done here by Chris and he is always extremely friendly, professional, and quick. The price is outstanding for the great job that is always done here as well! Since my friends and I first discovered this shop in early 2020, we haven't gone anywhere else for piercings. I couldn't recommend it more!

Made an appointment, it was very easy, had Chris who I believe is the shop owner. He was friendly and very personable. He did a great job on my tattoo! His shop was so cool! You feel like you’re hanging out with a friend while you’re getting a tattoo! The atmosphere was amazing, I can’t stress that enough. He took my tattoo idea and when above and beyond, I am so happy with the outcome! I would recommend this shop, and Chris especially, to anyone! I LOVE my tattoo! And he told me I could call if I had any questions about after care for my tattoo to help me heal quick!

Kirsten is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I've gotten five tattoos from Kirsten and they are all absolutely wonderful. She took my ideas and transformed then into something I want to show literally everyone I meet. She's so flexible with her schedule and the appointment itself is always such a nice time.

I also got jewelry switched out by the piercer for free. I have a rook piercing I got from another shop, and it's difficult to change the jewelry out on my own, but the piercer did it really quick and easy for no charge.

This place is seriously wonderful and I recommend it to everyone looking for a tattoo or piercing in WC

I have gotten three tattoos at Gentleman Jack's with Kirsten and they are all amazing. She does great work and is such a fun and friendly person. She is great at listening to what you want and designing a tattoo that exceeds expectations. The shop environment is relaxed and welcoming, with friendly staff who seem to genuinely love what they do and find it interesting, which makes for great conversations while you wait for your appointment. I highly reccomend this shop, as well as Kirsten.

My daughter originally got her nose pierced here in December. The piercer was quick to respond to my email and help figure out an available time for us to come in. The atmosphere in the shop is great and both people I interacted with were helpful, experienced, and had a great attitude. She had to have surgery in the beginning of June which caused her to take her hoop out. Since these type of piercings close rather quickly, I called the shop and a few hours later had an appointment to have it repierced. We were only charged $20 instead of the usual $40, and it was another great experience. My daughter and I don't have enough positive things to say about Gentleman Jack's. If you're looking to get pierced GO HERE!

My sisters and I went in for piercings, but the receptionist at the desk disappeared after confirming we were there for piercings. We wanted to ask questions about price, time, earring options, etc. but there was no one to ask nor anybody to be seen for 15 min so we just left. We came to this business because of the good reviews and quick services for piercings, but was disappointed by the poor customer service.

It can be argued that we could have called earlier, but the website states that piercings were not appointment based. Thus, we decided to go at 2:30 where Google claims traffic is "usually not busy". We would have waited longer, but we were left in the dark in the lobby-- very confused about what we were to do and the next steps. There were also three of us, so we understood there was a lot of us to prepare for. However, the lack of transparency was frustrating. I chose to stand in front of the front desk about 5 min in so there was a sense of urgency for them and because I had questions, but no one came to the front.

Edit: We came in at 2:30 and left exactly at 2:45 (I know this because I was staring at the TV monitor thing while I was waiting for help at the front desk). We may not have come into the shop at exactly 2:30, but we arrived at the location at 2:30. Two people came in to ask us if we needed any help (the first receptionist with blonde hair and the nice voice and the second the tattooing lady with the Japanese on her shirt that came from the side doors). The first one was right when we came in and the second was immediately after (around 2 to 3 min after the first) when the first one asked us if we needed any help. We denied the help because we assumed the first would be right back and it would be rude to ask for help from someone after someone else offered us the help. There was not "at least 3 people" that asked us if we needed help. It was two.

It would have been nice to be able to communicate with someone while waiting. We did not realize he was setting up because when the first person went to the back room, she stated that they would ask the piercer and let them know about us. However we weren't told when they would be done or if they already had someone in the back. We didn't want to be rude and call for someone because everyone seemed busy. We just didn't appreciate we were left in the lobby without someone to ask. It would have been nice if she came back and told us that it would be a few minutes and a heads up of how long it would be. We just had no idea how long it would take nor if the piercer would be able to take all of us.
