Beware if you need to reschedule they don't answer the phone & unless you live close and are able to stop in you'll lose your deposit. My Sister also lost her deposit years ago for the same reason I see her review was conveniently removed. I would not recommend.

Worked with Levi to get an American flag tattoo on my right arm it looks amazing and am completely satisfied with the work and pricing overall wonderful experience even though I was afraid of the needles before the tattoo. You barely even feel the needles!! My next tattoo will definitely be from Totem!

Levi was amazing. I asked for a specific piece, he hit it right on the head. He is very light with his hand, likes to make small talk to keep it entertaining, always repeats the tattoo spelling to make sure no mistakes are being made. I will definitely recommend Totem to anyone and i will definitely be a return customer. Ohhh and the price for my artwork was a perfect price for what i got too... definitely a happy customer.

Back in early December, I got a double lobe piercing done (four piercing total) and they are fully healed now. I had absolutely no complications during the healing process.
During the actual piercing procedure, they were extremely professional and made sure I was comfortable. When I got lightheaded due to my stress response kicking in, they handled it very well and had me lay down until the dizziness passed. Everything was incredibly sterile, and they changed their gloves every time they touched foreign objects (ex. a door handle). I also appreciate how they used implant/medical grade titanium studs.
The prices here were also incredibly fair, especially considering the awesome service provided.
This is by far the best piercing place I've been too, and I highly suggest going here for a piercing!
