Tattoo Galaxy~Willow Grove Piercing & Tattoos

So happy I chose Jay to do my triple forward helix piercing. He took time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Very friendly and patient. The procedure was quick and not too painful. Plus everything looks clean and sterile. Love my new piercing. Would highly recommend.

This is my 1st cartilage piercing so, I did my research. Jay was my piercer and he made me feel so comfortable because I was beyond nervous. He explained everything and was so patient with me. he took his time when it came to picking my jewelry and gave me his honest opinion. I will be going back he is the best hands down. Great Staff. My daughter had her nose pierced and Don was very patient, accommodating and professional. My son also had his first tattoo done with Floyd.... it was a great experience. The staff couldn't be any more nice and the work speaks for itself. We have since gone back for a second tattoo. This particular tattoo shop gets 5 stars across the board. The prices are also fair and don't break the bank. Great People and Artwork that you can really be proud of.

Jay was an awesome piercer. The place was clean, he was great at explaining everything to me before and during the piercings. I like that he opened his tools in front of me. I'm only about 10 days from receiving the piercings, but my piercings are not nearly as sore as they normally are. He worked some magic! Will definitely be back.

I came in yesterday to get a very small and simple tattoo. The shop was really cool and the workers were nice however I am not satisfied at all. I got a line tattoo and it does not look like how I wanted at all, the lines are not straight and it was over priced. I don’t believe the person who did my tattoo is even a tattoo artist now that I’m reading the reviews again.

I came here yesterday and had my lower back done by Tara. She took my reference drawing and redrew it by hand and made it even sicker!!!! She really knew what i was going for from our conversation and my ref. She took the time placing my stencil to make sure it was even and perfectly placed to my curves. She was professional and friendly, i will be back! Clean shop and easygoing atmosphere. Her work is so cool!

I recently got my first tattoo ever from Joseph at the Willow Grove location. I have only excellent things to say about him; he was extremely knowledgeable especially considering it was my first, he was able to provide me with every single piece of information i'd want to know while also being super approachable and patient for my questions. I definitely wanted and trusted Joseph's opinion for the placement and artwork of my tattoo and it turned out to be perfect for me. Being my first tattoo, Joseph made a noticeable effort to make sure that I understood and trusted that the equipment was sterile and safe. I appreciate the dedication and care Tattoo Galaxy puts into their customers and I will absolutely - and already have - recommend this place to others who are interested in getting a tattoo!
