Great place but would never go to the artist Ray again. He was difficult to deal with from the start. I had to pay $80 just to have him draw up a tattoo that looked like a childs drawing at first. I just tried to make my appointment to do another tattoo and was told that the $80 was just for his drawing and to make an appointment. I was informed from the beginning that this money would go towards the tattoo cost. He doesn't care if the place looses business or values customers.

I was very satisfied and happy with the clean environment and service provided by Raynielle Rivera, who was very accommodating and patient with me. Needles and tattoos aren't always something people are comfortable with, so it awesome that he helped calm my nerves with his conversation and jokes. I definitely would recommend to friends!

I haven’t had a tattoo done in several years and was a bit nervous. I had an idea of what kind of tattoo I wanted for a tribute to my parents. Ray took the time to go over the details to ensure my vision comes to reality. He made a few suggestions because ultimately it is a lifetime artwork. I was amazed at the final results and couldn’t be more happy with his artistic services, his passion for his work, and the beautiful reminder of my parents. I highly recommend Ray whether for your first of many or even adding to your existing tattoos. Looking forward to another one already!

Contacted Raynielle Rivera with an idea for my first tattoo! Went to the shop and we discussed about the details and after drawing it up, we began the session. The final product was exactly what i had in mind. Proud to say that my first tattoo was done by Ray at Legends Tattoo Guam.

What an amazing job Justin did today.12Jan2019 @ 1736. I was super scared because of the location, but with a little cream I had and his professionalism, it made it painless. This was a scar cover up Tattoo on my lower abdomen ( c-section) and it looks amazing already. You can’t even see the scar anymore. I can’t wait until next week when we finish it up. I’m already planning on the 2nd Tattoo with Justin.

I Had tattoos done at this shop and may I say the shop looks like any ordinary tattoo shop but the artist there are one of a kind very friendly, very accommodating and professional. My skin thanks u all I will definitely be back on payday😂👌

Everyone at this shop have great customer service. If you don’t know what you want exactly they’ll work with you, and come up with great ideas. My brotha Ray who is one of the artists there, has extraordinary talent! Whoever is thinking about getting tatted up, go in because you won’t regret it👌🏼
