Love this place. Got a tongue piercing and before I even paid he made sure my tongue was good for the piercing. Very professional and helpful and 100% professional. Will definitely be coming back for all my piercing needs

I've gotten multiple piercings done here no problem but this will be my last piercing done here. I've never had any issues with the piercer and he's friendly usually. He walked me through every step and guided me through easily. Maybe a few hours maybe after I left it had started oozing and my tongue was 2x its size. I took out the barbell due to a large clot forming and it was massive from just the top of my tongue. I couldn't even talk due to my mouth pooling. It wouldn't stop and I went to ED. Where I had to hold pressure until the doctor could fish out the remaining clot then suture the hole shut. Turns out an artery was pierced and when I called to ask for a refund I was told there were none for services. Which is fine but careful when getting a piercing here. He never told me I wasn't suitable for the piercing and didn't say if it was done incorrectly.

While visiting family on Guam I wanted to treat myself to a unique tattoo that captured my experience on Guam without tipping into "cultural appropriation." Art asked me about my best experiences (family, food, and flying) and using a sea turtle shape captured imagery and symbolism that reflected all of those themes. When I came in to buy some extra lotion he saw something was off and sat me down for 15 minutes for a touch up at no additional charge. It was a busy holiday season so I appreciated him using "billable time" for that extra attention.

Artist was 2 hours late and then said he didn't feel comfortable tattooing me. But to be fair I was annoyed with the whole situation (I wouldn't of tattooed me either) They have so many customers now that your just a date and time. No consideration for their customers. And zero time management skills.

I got my Nose pierced here and the gentleman did a great job! I am always terrified of needles and he did a good job prepping me & even let me hold the angry squeezing tomato (stress ball) 😂 made the process so much better. Will be going back to get my ears and septum done soon 😊

Had a few of my tattoos done here and I’m never disappointed. Brought my daughter here for her very first tattoo and she even went back for her second piece. Always satisfied with the level of skill and professionalism by them. I will continue to bring my business here as long as I’m on island.

Got a lip piercing here, great service. No fuss, straightforward, very helpful and accomodating when I had questions a week later.

Got nipple piercings here. Atmosphere was comfortable especially when my chest was out in the open. Nowhere near awkward or weird. It was also very quick. My appt was at 3pm and I arrived a bit earlier and was in and out before 3pm.

Made a appointment two months in advance, then they wait until I’m walking in the door of the shop to tell me I’ll need to wait an additional two hours. Disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If I’m paying you $1,000 the LEAST you can do is be on time to our scheduled appointment OR let me know days in advance you’re unable to make it. To any potential customers I’d suggest you take your business else where.

My third time here. I won't go anywhere else in Guam. Awesome 🤙

I’ve attempted to get body art with this shop twice within the last 6 months. Each time they made me feel as if my business was tolerated but not really welcomed. I’ll finish the rest of my body art once I am back in main land US

Terrible experience, customer service, communication etc. I made an appointment for a piercing because my school and work schedule takes up majority of my time, and i was told the person who does the piercing would wait for me, but when i got there the receptionist told me that he left! I got no call to let me know he was leaving so I wasted my time and gas going there. I would not reccomend to anyone.
