I had my second and last horrible experience at Bell Rose today. The event tonight was "first come, first serve". My a**. We got there 30 minutes early to an already sizable line. Put our names down by 3:15. At 5 o'clock we checked our eta and were told about 2 hours. We checked back at 7 o'clock to see if we had time to get food. They told us that we were in the next "wave" and they'd call us 30 minutes prior so we were good to go. Went to get food and came back at almost 8:30 because we hadn't received a call. People that were behind us in line were coming out of the building with their tattoos. Checked in to be told we wouldn't be getting in even though numerous people after is were checked off. They then had the audacity to tell us that we could come back and get a tattoo any Saturday for a walk in. Seriously? 7 hours waiting for a "first come, first serve" event and you pick and choose who goes. The two guys running the desk outside couldn't care less that they had wasted our time and essentially gave other people our spots. If it wasn't for the amazing vendors OUTSIDE of Bell Rose it would have been serious waste of day. Needless to say, I (and all the people I was with) will never be going back. Apparently you've got to be buddies with the artist to get in for a " first come, first serve" event.

I have been going to Aaron at the bell rose for years. He is an amazing guy and piercer. If I ever had any issues is was always there to help or answer my questions. I just got the other side of my lip pierced and I am absolutely in love with it. I will continue to fo there for many more of my piercings. I got my nose pierced and my daughters lobes pierced. Aaron is wonderful. He helped cover my old nose piercing scar and was very patient with my 7 year old daughter. Any time I’ve ever had a question or concern someone has responded quickly with helpful answers . I’m finding things for him to pierce. He is highly knowledgeable and precise with his work. His area is extremely clean and put together nicely.

Came here for a thigh tattoo in November (2021), and while I'm happy with the tattoo, I won't go back to the specific artist that tattooed me. The atmosphere was too open, the artist was not very communicative and seemed less than enthusiastic about the tattoo. As someone who isn't very social, I felt kinda forced to converse, even when I didn't want to. Waiting in the cold for an hour already sucked, but being made to feel uncomfortable was much worse.
