I got my septum pierced here in October 2020. I’m not sure the name of the piercer but once she was done the piercing was very obviously crooked. It was pierced diagonally instead of straight and before I was even able to say anything about it she started trying to convince me that one of my nostrils was bigger than the other and that’s why it looked like that. It also never healed correctly and was painful until I removed it after 5 months. The jewelry I was pierced with was an open ring. It was way too big for my nose and had nothing stopping it from falling out. It would literally come out every single time I was in the shower so I had to get a different ring and change it out way before I was supposed to just to keep it from coming out. Thankfully I had to remove my piercing for a surgery and got it redone at Gypsy Muse. It was perfectly straight, healed quickly, and I have not had one single problem with it.

I got a piercing done there done for my bday and they messed it up so bad, she pierced it diagonally instead of straight, didn’t walk me through any of the steps of how I was getting pierced or anything… plz go somewhere else if you are getting any piercings!!!!

Went to North Alabama Ink today and got my first tattoo. I had Shawn as my artist and I recomend him for anyone. He was very welcoming and he set me at ease too since it was my first. He did such a wonderful job and he will be the only artist I will use in the future.

I went there for my first tattoo a day they were so friendly and understanding when I wanted my brother and his girlfriend there (they had gotten tattoos in the same place I had gotten mine and they were there for moral support) I was in and out in like 30-35 minutes and the staff was just so amazing. Definitely going back for my second one, and third, and fourth, ect.

I honestly wish I could leave no stars. Anna Green is the worst "artist", and I use that term loosely. I went to her for a my very first tattoo after the guy I originally booked decided he didn't want to tattoo a teenage girl and pushed me off on her. She disregarded what I wanted for sizing and started tattooing. When I left I noticed two "e"s in my lettering were BACKWARDS and the lines were wobbly. After the healing most of my lines were blown out. 2 years later, I'm trying to find a cover up design. The only florence artist I recommend is Tristan at west coast!

I got my first tattoo a few months ago and went with Shawn based on what I saw on Instragram. I'm so glad I did. He was so kind, patient, and helpful when I was so indecisive on what I wanted. I got a butterfly tattoo and loved it and a month after that got my second one, this beautiful floral forearm piece. I absolutely love it! I showed him a design I liked for inspiration and he did great. He was so patient with my tweaks and changes on the design until we got something I loved. He's already working on a mandala design for me next. 😁 I'm hooked! If you're unsure of who to go with, pick Shawn. His prices are reasonable and his customer service is top notch. You won't be disappointed. Also, the shop is super clean and has a great atmosphere. Pics are of the day of the tattoo and a little over a month healed.

We went to get an estimate on a tattoo repair. Prices were good, building was clean and bright, staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

So happy to say I've found my tattoo artist for life! Shawn is the absolute best. Not only is he super talented, but he always makes sure I am comfortable, happy, and having a good time. He answers any questions I have (no matter how random they are), and it's evident that he truly cares not only about his work, but about his guests and their experience as well. I got my first tattoo a month ago and decided to use Shawn based on his Google reviews and work on Instagram. I'm so glad I did. He is the nicest person and has the best customer service. I was indecisive and unsure of what I wanted and he patiently answered all my million questions and helped me come up with a design I was happy with. I was originally wanting a big floral forearm piece but didn't know for sure what I wanted and he helped me decide on a smaller piece for my first time which was a good idea. His prices are reasonable and he does an excellent job and makes sure it's perfect and you're 100% happy before you leave with your new tattoo and explains everything about after care and is great with any follow up questions and concerns during the healing process. I can't recommend Shawn enough. You won't regret it. I just used him for my second tattoo only a month later, that big floral forearm piece I always wanted, and it's amazing! I'll post that later once it's healed. I showed him a pic of what I was looking for and he came up with a design and we messaged back and forth about all the details I wanted and got it perfect. Definitely going to be getting more tattoos in the future thanks to him. Thanks Shawn! Pics are the day of and 1 month healed. He also offers free touch ups if necessary within a certain amount of time, which I might do for the sparkles. Looks great though!

I got my very first tattoo yesterday and I am still in awe by the experience. This shop is very clean, organized, and helpful. They made this process easy for me and the artist was amazing. North Alabama Ink seriously has some of the most amazing artists in the Shoals area!! I had Shawn as my artist yesterday and he did the sickest Banksy piece on my leg. It’s my favorite so far! Colby also did two of my other pieces and they are so dope. North Alabama Ink is the BEST spot for your next piece!! Also the whole establishment is so clean and everyone there is so friendly, you seriously feel right at home. If you are looking for top of the line, knowledgeable artists and a truly authentic experience, go see these guys!!

I went with my daughter to get her nose pierced. They were quick and professional.

my belly button piercing came out crooked. they also put a captive ring in it when i got it, which cause me tons of irritation and infection a week after i got it. the nose piercing was good though.
