My sister, a couple of friends and I went in on a Saturday night because my sister wanted to get her first lobe piercing and I wanted to get my second. Katie did an AMAZING job of making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Katie was thorough and made sure our piercings were in a good location and that we were happy with the placement before putting the needle through. Neither of us have had any issues with healing, and I am going back in a couple of weeks to get my rook done. The best part of our experience was when one of our friends asked if she could have her smiley looked at because she has had issues with it; Katie took a look at it and even replaced the jewelry for free (our friend tipped her for her services, though). We are DEFINITELY going back any time we want work done!

I got a tattoo for my wife's memorial. I came with a basic sketch and Ricky enhanced it and created a work of art. I think my wife would have really liked it. I was treated very well by the shop staff and made to feel right at home. This was only my second tattoo and Ricky managed to keep me calm thru the entire procedure. great septum piercing done, believe my piercer was named katie. to the point with cleaning and care instructions, quick to get me into the back and get it done, it's slightly crooked but that's because my nose is asymmetrical, so the crooked look was expected. i believe my piercer was named katie, they explained everything well before even started and repeatedly asked if i was okay before continuing. good experience overall, great atmosphere, will likely return to get my ears pierced soon
