The artist ghosted me after a consultation and back and forth emails with pictures and discussion of what I was looking for. They said that they would get back to me with times to schedule and never did. I followed up a few months later thinking that they were busy and I never received a response. The one star would be for everyone who was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in.

I was tattooed by Darrien Fournier on the 12th of July. And it was the best experience. Her skill as an artist doesn't have a parallel, she had an amazing eye for the design and the softest touch for such a sensitive area. Will be going back for more for sure and I recommend anyone to do the same. Couldn't recommend Darrien any more highly.

Last night me and my friend decided to get our nose pierced. She was kind of nervous but the young lady at counter (sorry forgot her name) made her feel at ease. She explained and answered any questions we had regarding the service. When it was time Keith was very outgoing and made it enjoyable quick and easy experience. Unfortunately I don't have an experience either way with the quality of their work, but I still had a negative experience. I messaged them yesterday to see if they take walk-ins, and they do. So I get there and there's one guy who asks me what I'm looking to get, I show him, and he tells me he can't work with color. I ask him if he could just to the black and I could have the color filled in later, then he tells me that these super basic designs aren't really in his wheelhouse and then shows me his work, which is basically lineart (not much more than what I wanted, they weren't complex) with some stippling. So I say fine, and find another design I'd been thinking about that was entirely lineart, then he says that he had a 4:00 and couldn't do it. So that whole time he's making excuses about not being able to do either of the two I wanted originally, not mentioning he had an appointment in an hour and a half, but when I pulled up one basic enough for him to do, he can't do it? And wasn't complicated either. He told me to contact Heather on Instagram and that she'd be in Tuesday, so maybe I'll have more luck with her, but that entire exchange was infuriating. It's one thing to just not be able to do it, or have a previous appointment, but the excuses are what got me.
