Got a tattoo today by Blake and he was super nice and was very good since it was my very first tattoo. I highly recommend you go see him or Crystal who did my husband tattoo also today... We will most definitely use them when we are ready for another tattoo.

Blake was super chill and nice when giving my best friend her first tattoo! He was very informative and encouraging towards her!

Since college, I haven’t been able to wear earrings due to my ear lobes almost ripping. I chose to let them heal and sacrifice not being able to wear earrings, until today. Kristi with Tattoo Expression is the real deal and I cannot recommend her enough!!!! She and her team welcomed us (everything was so clean by the way), she helped me stay calm, talked me through each step of the process, and was incredibly knowledgeable. I was pretty nervous, which sounds silly, but not only did it not hurt at all but she couldn’t have provided a better experience. I’d give her 12/10 and more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you Kristi!!!! :)

I get all my tattoos by Blake! He is amazing! The shop is very professional and clean. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Blake does a killer job and I honestly will not go to anyone else. Go see him! You won't be disappointed!

Came here for a simple smiley piercing. There was only a few people ahead of me and one with an appointment. After that the piercing then began taking people back and looking right over me. People who came in after me and did not have an appointment. It only adds insult to injury that I was the only black person in there. I don’t know these people personally, but I was not a pleasant experience. If that is how you fun a business it’s best you just don’t.

Super sweet staff all around, legit want to give you a friendly and fun experience! As well super helpful, legit I love all the staff I've met and I've sat in on a tattoo for one of my friends a year ago, and top tier colorwork. Friendly, fun, LGTBQIA+ friendly, and def worth going to!!

Great experience here. Kristi was AMAZING with how she pierced our 6 year old's ears.

I visited several places around Birmingham and was very discouraged but happily I ended up at Tattoo Expression in Pelham. Vincent was super nice and understood exactly what I wanted. I love the final result. I highly recommend Vincent and the shop!!

Tava did my ear piercing and had me in and out in under 15 minutes! FANTASTIC! Didn't have any pain or swelling. Its the day after service and I'm great still no pain swelling etc. I'm very pleased 110%. Thanks for a job well done😀👍

I had to come on here and just say how amazing Garrett was today . This was my first huge tattoo in many many years I was very nervous , and he definitely lightened the situation he was very funny very professional he did such an amazing job on my tattoo everyone I have shown it to has said that it was absolutely amazing it was very clean and just how well it looks I am so happy with the way it turned out he did an amazing job keeping me relaxed the tattoo took an hour and a half I decided to stop going to go back for the shading ! But I can’t say enough good things about him anyone want a good artist Garret is the man ! I know just from showing my tattoo today my friends will be going to see him as well for work ! Thank you Garrett !

I have been very happy with this place. Kristi, Mrs. Swann (Forgive me, I don't remember her first name) and all of their coworkers have been so great to my friend Rachel and I and have gone above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they save me from a hospital visit due to a bad piercing done at Tattoo Jungle, they absolutely make sure that what you get done is correct and make sure to give you a proper fitting jewelry. I 100% feel safe here and plan to come back. A big, big THANK YOU!

I had an amazing experience here last night. Me and 3 of my girlfriends went in. Justin took care of me. He was so patient, so kind and he even kept checking to make sure I was OK since it was a long sitting. They have great prices and are easy to work with. Everyone was friendly and so cheerful. All of our tattoos look amazing. I'll for sure be back soon! A+

I always come in here for my piercing needs, this last time I got my second tragus done by Tava, she is so nice and helpful, I will be back for more soon.

The staff basically shooed me out because they were about to close when all I wanted was a little information about a tattoo I had been considering.

Idk who is running this place but for one, it's absolutely not sanitary to be slathering mayonnaise on bread in the middle of the shop and saying you're only "sometimes" open and on top of that having an extremely flaky piercer. Obviously both tattoo expressions are aware their piercer is flaky as I called the Birmingham location and you have to call just to make sure she's even there on her scheduled days. I recommend Revolution Ink 100% over this place after this experience.
