Joelene is absolutely the best in Anchorage! No question. I have got 3 tattoos from her in the last few months, difficult and technical black and white cover ups and all have came out amazing. She is friendly, funny, and professional... she genuinely makes it a fun experience to go in and get tattooed. Her credentials and skills are amazing, she is constantly perfecting her art by traveling all over the country to attend tattoo conventions. She is diligent about sanitation and hygiene, and just all and all it is a great shop and a great experience!

She was able to see me last minute and was very easy to work with in designing the tattoo, which was really just an image from Google, but she added her own touches to the image to make it more personal.
