The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I accompanied my 18 yo daughter into the shop trying to fix the tattoo she had gotten the day before which was not done well. We walked in calmly and politely.. Steve was rude and immediately hostile! He didn't let us get a word in, refused to answer any questions (such as is there any way to fix it without changing the design) and threw some cash at her (even though we were not looking for a token refund - just a fix). If you are looking for professional customer service with even a shred of courtesy, do not go here! Steve is the problem - not Olaf by the way

I came in on August 14th, 2018 to get two very simple tattoos. I asked for a simply drawn flying saucer tattoo, about the size of a quarter, on my right ribs and 4 straight, thin lines on my left ear. The saucer is fine, but when I left the shop my friend realized that the lines are completely crooked from the back and side. The bottom two lines slope downwards. Now this was clearly not part of my request and the design Olaf drew up was not crooked, it was entirely straight. I paid $100 and a $20 tip, and I got a botched tattoo.

Me and my sister stumbled upon this gem of a place accidentally, and though the owner will never let us forget that, the experience was incredible. They joked with us but made us feel welcome. Everyone was so cool and great. We got in right away and had extremely professional work done. Olaf is amazing and friendly and genuine, he did both our tattoos. Steve, the owner, is hilarious and genuine as well. A place my sister and I will definitely have to return to.
